Very comfortable home to stay in. Close to everything in Loveland. Very clean, very well accommodated home. The host was very communicative and helpful. We had a wonderful time!
This property was clean, well stocked with whatever you might need. Comfortable beds and located close to downtown. Host responded quickly with good communication.
We loved our stay - it was perfect for what we needed. The hot tub wasn’t working while we were there but we would rent this again when it is!
Great place in a great location
This was a great property. Lots of privacy for adults upstairs and kids down. Great stocked kitchen and spacious living room for playing games. Great backyard space with access via doggy door! Quiet cozy neighborhood
We loved staying at the house and loved how central the location was to everything we had planned for our trip! Thank you for having us!
Very comfortable and very convenient to Old Town restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as rec center and library. We were here for a couple of months, and it certainly met our needs. Would probably be even better for the typical short stay with so much within walking distance.
Came to Loveland to tour a few colleges (DU, CSU, and CU) over fall break. This house was the perfect spot to hit all 3 campuses in two days and also enjoy a short drive to Estes Park. We had perfect weather and enjoyed letting the dogs run in the back yard and having the windows open. (As others have noted, be aware of the back fence being left open by the garage renter! As this happened, 3 out of the 4 days we were there. ) Would stay again if in the area.
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property in Loveland. It has a great location with easy access to downtown Loveland and Fort Collins. Reserving, checking in and out was stress free as well!! Great communication from owner!
This house really is a charmer. They have thought of everything and the description of the house is accurate. Walking to town was a breeze and there were plenty of options for eating. We would love to visit again some time!
The house was smaller than we expected, but had most of the essentials, especially in the kitchen, but no dining table. Also, the dishwasher was six feet away from the kitchen sink, which was awkward for loading. The back yard was also small and didn't have much grass. There was dead brush piled up along the fence and a small tree had fallen and had not been cleared out. The patio table and chairs were covered with dirt, leaves, and twigs. I tried to clean them but the creases between the back and seat of the chairs were filled with dirt and mold. All the floors upstairs were wood or tile, which was nice, except for the living room, which had a very dirty carpet. The front yard area definitely needs some work, it looked pretty scraggly and did not give a very good first impression. The whole place needs a little more care and upkeep.
This lovely home was just perfect for our stay. Very clean and loved the decor. The backyard was just perfect for our dogs as we were there for our yearly Australian Cattledog Nationals. I would stay here again as well as recommend to others. Darin was very prompt and pleasant to work with.
Darin was great and made the process seamless. This is a good choice if you want a place within walking distance to downtown.
A quiet clean succulent sanctuary, that’s bigger on the inside! Shady backyard, dogs relaxed and had room to play. Absolutely a pleasure walking into downtown…restaurants, fantastic live music, there was Incredible Art, from Local Artists art walk to the Sculpture Show.. Host was awesome! Will come again…
We enjoyed the stay. Rooms were a good size and sleeping arrangements were perfect for our five kids and us
We visited Colorado for a softball tournament and this was the perfect location for our age group and bracket. All of the fields are within 45 minutes, Dbats is10 minutes away, and then the fun stuff is not far either. This property was clean and well maintained on the inside. The kitchen is updated and looks nice. The grill in the back did not have any propane and probably could be replaced, but we made it work. On a side note, the neighbor across the street was pretty nosey. Even came to the door asking to look through the mailbox for a package, and then stuck her hand in the mailbox after we told her that we could not look through the mailbox because it was not ours. It was not scary at all, just odd. But everything else was great!!
We enjoyed staying at this cute, comfortable house with 5 adults and 2 large dogs. The layout was perfect for family games and movies. We used the backyard space for lovely outdoor meals and free roaming for the pups. The renter in the back was friendly and made sure the dogs didn't get out of the yard when he opened the gate. Great communication with our host. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would stay again.
This property was nice, good location within Loveland. Had everything we needed, plenty of room for a 5 person hiking weekend easy. Would definitely encourage anyone interested in the place to purchase time here. Well done.
The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. It's such a cute little bungalow, located very close to downtown and it's nice restaurants and breweries. It was perfect for our 4-night stay with our Golden Retriever, Rosie. The only advice I give for fellow dog owners or folks with children is you need to be mindful that the garage behind the house is being used by other people. At times they'd leave the gate open while there, but they were very nice about closing it after I asked them.
