HOUSE RULES

Please enjoy the house and follow these house rules.

No Pets: No pets are allowed in or around the house at any time.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in or around the house at any time.

Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 8 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.

No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.

Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.

No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.

No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.

Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.

Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.

    Excellent location! We were able to walk to all but one of our Sundance programs. The one we couldnt walk to, we easily hopped on a bus at the Park City transportation hub which is just a 5 min walk from the house. Bo was easy to work with and answered all my questions promptly.

    Perfect house- especially when the snow didn't cooperate- big breakfasts, lounging around the fire and/or after hot tubbing and sharing meals and playing games into the night- Location between old town and the ski mountain was ideal. Wouldn't change a thing!

    Wonderful accommodations. Comfortable beds. Hot tub was fantastic after Spring skiing. Kitchen was well stocked with tools for cooking. Walkable to town was a bonus.

    This 3 bedroom house in Park City was perfect for our small spring ski getaway! Each couple basically had their own floor with at least a queen bed and all bedrooms had private en suites. The kitchen/living room was great for hanging out, cards and family dinners. Super close to the downtown - the 10th street stairs were really easy to navigate. We didn't need anything during stay but the property manager was easy to communicate with and gave lots of information leading up to check in.

    The house was better than advertised and was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was a nice size and had some basic pantry items. Bo was great to deal with and was very accommodating. We walked to the lifts in the morning and ended on a trail very close to the house at the end of the day. I highly recommend booking this property.

    This is about as close as you can get to ski in/ski out in PC, unless you stay at one of the lodges. The hot tub was great, the view out the living room window was nice and we were within walking distance of old town and the resort.house was clean, and came with lots of nice amenities like ziploc bags, basic spices and condiments, etc.

    Our family enjoyed a 3 day Thanksgiving getaway at this lovely home. Everything we needed was there upon arrival. Checkin was so easy and the property is clean and well maintained. Walk or quick ride to town added to the simplicity. We would absolutely Bo was communicative and helpful making our stay perfect!

    Excellent location, convenient to roll down hill to see town or wander down to end of street to do hiking trails. The home has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of seating. Beds and bedding were perfect. Garage and parking were easy to access. Host/manager was very timely with his responses and getting back to me with details. Visit was to relax, hike, and enjoy Park Coty Song Summit.
