Old Mill Townhome Steps from River and Trails, Shops, Restaurants, Fireplace, A/C, Dog Friendly.

Nice house in a great location.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was very spacious, the layout was perfect for us as a family of five, it was clean and very comfortable. There was everything that we could possibly wish for. A huge TV for movie night, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The Jacuzzi tub in the master bath was a lovely bonus too! Great communication with the property manager. Walkable distance to three sisters coffee, a movie theatre and shopping area. We skied Mt bachelor and the drive was easy. We loved every minute of our stay and we will be sure to book again when we come back to Bend!

Great location, spacious and quiet.

The host was so great to be sure we had everything we needed, checked in early, check on us mid-trip and even say goodbye when we left. Super responsive! We even got to add a day last minute and they did it!

We had a great stay in Bend with iTrip through Vebo. The condo was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the fabulous location near Old Mill District and will definitely be staying here again. The iTrip stall was helpful and responsive. Very smooth and easy access to the house.

Great location. This is our second time booking this place. Affordable, spacious and love the path along the Deschutes river. Near Old Mill.

Three of us were visiting for a wedding weekend in Bend and couldn't ask for a better spot. The townhome was incredibly spacious, clean, and well appointed. It's situated right next to plenty of retail and restaurants a quick walk along the river path from the house. I'd certainly recommend this place to friends and family, and will plan to stay here again next time I return to Bend.

Clean, and great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. (Main floor shared common, but right across hall from the room), had plenty of seating areas in living room, and the two patios were great, we even got to hear parts of the concert going on at the venue. Easy walk to river and Old Mill shopping .

Amazing place in a great location. Ample room and everything seems new and high quality. It must have been built in the last few years. Literally steps to the river.

Place was gorgeous and in the perfect location for us. Still so much to do and want to come back.

We were in town to see Jon Pardi at Hayden Homes Amphitheater. The location couldn’t be better to walk to the Amphitheater. Everything you could want is in walking distance. The property is perfect for two couples. It has a very functional layout. The townhome was clean but the carpets could use a good cleaning. Also, the bedding could be upgraded. Very thin comforters. Maybe they were changed for summer but it happened to be a cold weekend. The beds need comforters with duvets.

Loved the location. Easy walk into town and the mill district. Just a few steps to the river. No river view. 4 star rating due to very hard beds. Otherwise great.

We had a wonderful time in Bend. Accommodations were excellent! A couple of maintenance things, very minor. A couple of lightbulbs and the downstairs shower door. Nothing major. Lol! It took us a while to figure out how to use the tv, but we did. Everything was great!

This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our clients. They had a wonderful time here in Bend and loved the home and the location!

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Mill Townhome when we visited in February! Not only was communication fantastic and super clear, but the unit was immaculate and so well laid out and equipped! The location is perfect - walking distance to various shops, etc. and a quick drive to anything else you might want. Our family was so happy that we will be booking this unit again when we come to Bend in the spring.

We loved our stay in Bend. This Condo is beautiful!!! So spacious and comfortable. We will be back!

Good parking and great location with river access, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Perfect location for attending a concert at Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Less than a 10 minute walk along the river to the venue. Several businesses within walking distance. Beautiful home with lots of space for the whole family. Definitely going to be back.

We love this area of Bend and this was prime location! Walking distance to many things including a walk along the river. The house was well stocked, a few things didn't work (needs a new wine opener). But with the location, it's likely you won't be spending too much time inside. Would definitely stay again.
