Old Harrow Barn by Bloom Stays - barn with hot tub sleeps 10 guests

We had an amazing stay this weekend, and Bloom Stays with Sandra truly made the experience exceptional. The house was even better than the photos—beautiful, spacious, and incredibly luxurious. Everything was spotless, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this property. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-tier stay and would happily return.

We stayed at Old Harrow Barn for the Summer holidays- 2025. We had the best time. The house was really clean and beautifully decorated. Very modern and has everything you could need. The owners were so helpful with any queries we had throughout our stay. Would highly recommend! It was the nicest holiday accommodation we have stayed in. Hot Tub was perfect! Thank you!

Modern, well appointed 5 bedroom place. However, our stay was badly marred by a cockerel calling at 4am each morning. Windows could not be closed to block this out as it was so warm in the house as there is no air conditioning and the cooling side to the heat pump didn’t work. Showers are slippery and unsafe for elderly relatives. Not enough crockery and serving bowls etc for 8-10 people. Cinema room too hot to be able to comfortably sit and watch - aircon needed. Needs hooks in the bathrooms for towels and extra shelf unit to put wash bags etc in some bathrooms Small chair in bedroom would make it easier to sit and do make up etc

We had an amazing time at Old Harrow Barn, celebrating an 80th birthday. The house was beautifully decorated and everything within the house appeared to be excellent quality. The games room and cinema room were real highlights but the open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen was also perfect for our group. There was something for everyone to enjoy whether it was the Spa, the comfy & spacious bedrooms or the chickens! The booking process was easy and communication from Bloom was great throughout. We certainly plan on returning!

We had a really wonderful Christmas at Old Harrow Barn. The owners, Sandra and her husband, were extremely friendly and helpful. They kindly left us a super Welcome hamper and fresh farm eggs from their own hens. We loved seeing the hens every morning. Plenty of space for cars, and a lovely hot tub which sadly we ran out of time to use. The beds and linen were both of high quality, ensuring a great night’s sleep and we made good use of the cinema to view Christmas specials! There were lots of lovely touches around the house and we would highly recommend it. You definitely need a car though, as it’s off the beaten track, and one that is well equipped for narrow country roads!

Old Harrow Barn is a lovely place for a family get together. All the bedrooms were spacious and we made good use of the games room , cinema room and hot tub. The house is all high spec and was a great social space. If we had to find fault the mattress in the blue/green room was very soft for our liking. A great property.

We had a wonderful few nights here. It was all pristinely clean. The finish everywhere was of a very high standard especially the kitchen and bathrooms which I really appreciated. The kitchen was well supplied and we loved sitting around the big table. We had breakfast outside one sunny morning followed by the hot tub. So relaxing. It was also so quiet and peaceful. We would loved to have stayed longer. I can highly recommend this property. We loved it, from start to finish.

Excellent family weeks holiday. 18 mths to 70+. Brand new barn conversion with cinema, games room & hot tub that were all well used. Visits to Canterbury cricket,Whitstable, Leeds & Bodium Castles & especially Port Lympne Safari Reserve kept us all entertained. Also managed to go to Ashbury Outlet centre on an exceptionally wet day. Loved the modern property.

Wow, what an amazing barn conversion. This property has everything you need for a fantastic weekend away with friends/family. The house is very well equipped, the cinema room is an absolute dream! We celebrated a 50th birthday and it truly was a special trip. There are soooooooo many positives (spacious, hot tub, electric blinds and windows, log fire, cinema room, stunning views, open plan kitchen area, games room) the only negative is that some of the beds could really do with a mattress upgrade!! A fantastic weekend anyway in a lovely property!
