Stayed Apr 17, 2024This house itself was clean and well taken care of, but some of the other ones looked like they needed some work. Many of them were under construction. But the main complaint is the limited parking and the neighbor loving next door asked us to be quiet during the day when our kids were playing bc they worked nights and we’re trying to sleep. We were on vacation and didn’t want to have to make our kids whisper. But I did reach out to the lady with this duplex and she apparently handled it bc I didn’t hear from the neighbor again.

Stayed Feb 19, 2025Very well appointed townhome. We like to fix dinner each evening & the kitchen had a good selection of tools.This is a good location for exploring Inverness & accessing the Withlacochie Bike Path.The owner thoughtfully labeled everything including the many light switches!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stay in this house was very pleasant, everything was super clean and tidy, I had a question, I wrote to Ms. Sharon and she answered me on time, she was very attentive, we arrived at night and she was very kind to leave the lights on for us. We feel comfortable, like at home. The children were happy because they were able to play around. I recommend this stay and I would stay again. My family's opinion was important to me since I chose it and they all gave them 5 stars.???????I forgot to mention that I love having the coffee☕️ maker in my room and drinking my coffee on the balcony...ohh how peaceful ???

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had one of the very best vacations staying at this lovely townhome. Sharon has thought of everything when making this a vacation rental. Fluffy towels, super, comfy beds and linens, well equipped kitchen with some spices and oil, the kayaks and fishing gear were a blast and the three bathrooms a huge plus. The neighbors were very friendly and shopping was right down the road. The TV’s were awesome and the extra games a plus. We made good use of the washer and dryer and she even included some laundry and dishwasher pods. Thank you for having us, Sharon!!

Stayed Mar 2, 2023Stocked very well. I'm a professional residential cleaner and own my own business. With my experience I give you an A+. Quite neighborhood.....don't know if I hit the timing right or just didn't hear the kids. ? Most likely I'll have to come back to check on my parents and I would stay again.
