We were in town with 6 adults for a family memorial. There was plenty of room for everyone and lovely spaces to enjoy the company. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The host was wonderful and helped with recommendations as well. Clean up requests were very reasonable. We will definitely return when we are back in town.

This is the cutest house! All 3 of us absolutely loved how adorable and comfortable our stay was. The kitchen was modern, but fit right in with the old world charm throughout the house. Our host was easy to communicate with and sent us recommendations for dinning that were amazing choices. Would absolutely rent this property again!

I am not one to usually review. However, Beth was the best host I have ever experienced with VRBO properties. She gave detailed and helpful information about what was in the area. Any questions I had were answered or addressed almost immediately. The house is adorable and well outfitted for anything you might need. The Arts District is great and you are still close to the beach and other attractions! The beds even have foam toppers making them very comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, old (but in good condition) home for our holiday visit to the parents/grandparents. The house was clean and in a great location, close to cafes and restaurants and art. Our highlight was sitting on the benches a few steps from the house, watching the dolphins go by and the pelicans dive for fish in the Indian river. We’d love to come back next year!
