Old Dunsborough Holiday Villa

The venue was great but the house was not very clean- the back courtyard could not be used due to the amount of dirt on the table and chairs and so many leaves and garden debris around.Behind the door of the downstairs bedroom was clothing including underwear- obviously the cleaner had not vacuumed this room adequately. The upstairs balcony was nit clean

Beautiful ocean view

Beautiful location - we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Early morning walks, swimming in the bay, the silver bullet espresso van, golf, surfing & wineries were some of the highlights. The Meelup trails across the road lead to some stunning bays where you may find you have the whole beach to yourself …even in peak season. Plenty of kangaroos around and birdlife. The house is homely, comfy and well stocked with beautiful views from the upstairs. Highly recommended.

Quiet location close to start of walk to Meelup Beach & beyond. 10 min walk down hill to Old Dunsborough beach & coffee van. Enjoyed staying in this location with ocean views & deck. Worked well being on 2 levels for us. Good facilities in the house. Would definitely stay again

The Seaview from the house is actually 10000000000 times better than the pics!!! We had a wonderful time here, everything we needed was here. Would stay again!

Lovely house, very handy for exploring region. Enjoyed having the birds and grevillea bushes so close.

Great property, exactly as described, no fuss and an enjoyable walk to the beach. The kids loved the 28s that came to the balcony.

Really great place in old Dunsborough. Perfect for mountain biking and walking. 5min walk down the hill to the beach. 5min to coastal walks. 5mins to mountain-bike tracks. House is very clean, quiet and well equipped. Beautiful ocean views. Suggest you bring an eye mask for upstairs bedroom as no blind in ensuite bathroom.

The house was beautifully located close to beaches and bush and there is a very pleasant coastal path into town. The house itself is lovely with a great view to the ocean. Just a couple of things about the house which would have really made our stay perfect. It would have been great if there was more comfortable seating on the balcony. It has a very functional table and chairs which is great for dining with a view of the sea but as there is also a dini g table just inside with

We had an enjoyable few days. The property was comfortable with a lot of natural light and bird life. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed some meals outside on the balcony.

Great gateway with magic location… lots of wildlife … private and secure

Lovely property with ocean views. We hit a heat wave whilst we were there so a couple of the bedrooms got a bit hot but otherwise perfect.

Lovely villa in a great location

This property was amazing, very well maintaned, decorated,and spacious. Very central to travel to Margaret river etc. Dunsborough itself had plenty of eating places, shops, supermarkets. Would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Everything was very good The front door lock might need tightening it took a few minutes to get the lock to open a few times Maybe have some fishing rods in the shed like the bikes

Stunning location and everything was great for all. The host was amazing.

My cousin is visiting from the UK and loves the southwest. Great location for galleries, wineries, eateries and sceneries! We had it all. Daily visits from the parrots and even a whale sighting from the deck. A comfy and welcoming home with everything you need. Thank you for a lovely stay.
