Stayed Jun 15, 2025I will start this off by saying that Mo was nothing but kind and responsive when requests were made. They did their best to accommodate and fix issues, however, most of these were unfixable. The pool was freezing and “broken” for our entire stay despite their trying. Ac was lackluster during a heat wave and was locked up until we requested it be changed. The house is not luxury, it likely was in the 80’s but this has not been kept up. The house was not well cleaned, broken baseboards foam repair visible, no blinds anywhere in the home, grime and dirt built up from years of use, doors broken and unkempt.
