Ohana Kai, Luxe Princeville home w/ AC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was lovely and fit our family of three couples and 1 teen perfectly! Having 3 and a half bathrooms was wonderful! Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies, as well as, the garage with plenty of every kind of beach supply you may need. We would definitely stay here again!

A little outdated, but overall it was a great home to host our wedding. Eric was wonderful leading up to the event, and we had such a great time surrounded by family and music—so much so that even some neighbors stopped by to celebrate with us. The next day, however, Eric mentioned there had been a noise complaint, which I find unlikely since we had spoken with the neighbors and they seemed happy to join in. He also told us music needed to stop by 10 p.m., but we had already ended by 9:41. Unfortunately, after the wedding he made an unnecessary comment accusing us of being political supporters we are not, and even spoke negatively about us to others on the island, which I felt was unfair. Aside from that, it was still a wonderful location and we created beautiful memories there.

Great place with open doors to deck. A lot of beach gear!!!

The house is so representative of Hawaiian decor and the open concept main floor is perfect for families with an open kitchen, dining. Living room and back porch overlooking gorgeous grounds. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas BBQ so convenient. The bedrooms were comfortable and enough bed space for all ten of us. Would definitely book another stay

Great property. Very well kept. Everything was provided for cooking, towels, bedding and beach equipment.

This house is fantastic. Comfortable mattresses, well-appointed kitchens and baths, beautiful views, plenty of space. They've really thought of everything you could need for vacation...there are beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, beach towels, snorkling gear, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. The manager is VERY responsive...always texting back very quickly to answer any questions you have. We were really happy there!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a location with plenty of room for my 3 kids to stay comfortably while on Kauai to attend my oldest son's wedding. Originally, we were considering the property as the wedding venue because small events were allowed, but as the guest list increased, we opted to have the wedding at Smith's Tropical Paradise and just have a simple welcome dinner the night before at the property. It worked perfectly for the gathering and we were thankful that small group events were allowed as there aren't many properties that do allow small events.A few items of note: 1. I must commend the cleaning staff as I have never seen a floor so clean and it's a VERY large floorspace. 2. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of nice towels to use, including beach towels. 3. One of my favorite parts of the house was the outside balcony as I enjoy birding and I was able to see and hear many different kinds of birds. I was also able to walk to the golf course most evenings where the Laysan's Albatrosses where nesting which was so entertaining to observe. 4. I only slept in the master king bed (which was HUGE) and it was extremely comfortable. 5. The garage has lots of beach items to borrow which came in handy. My family had the best week and this property added to many great memories. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property is exactly everything that the listing says it is. A beautiful property in the middle of Princeville. More than enough room for my wife and our four kids (17, 17, 20, 24) to not be stepping all over each other. If you are looking for a great base of operations to use for day trips around the island, as well as a nice place to hang out if you just want to relax for the day. Plenty of shops, beaches, and restaurants within 3-10m drive. (A couple of food trucks and points of interest within easy walking distance as well…and frankly you could walk to several restaurants in 15-20 minutes if that is your thing…) The property is in great condition with lots of amenities. It was a huge help having plenty of beach towels, snorkeling gear, mats, umbrellas, etc. ready for use if needed. The neighborhood is quiet…I loved drinking coffee on the huge balcony each morning before the family woke up. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive to questions (although we really didn’t need anything once we were here.) The check in/out process was simple and reasonable. Quite simply, we will be looking for any reason to come stay here again. Although our first trip was with kids, we could easily stay with two other couples with plenty of privacy and space. Book with confidence!

We had 3 families staying at this house, all with teenagers. 10 people total. This house worked great for our needs. The location was great. There are stores, several beaches within a mile. Easier access beaches within about 10-15 drive. The host was available within minutes for any inquiries. The deck was beautiful to enjoy in the morning and evenings. The only complaint we had was no AC. The afternoons heated up the house and made the bedrooms hot and sleeping difficult. This was in August, maybe other months are better: But overall the property is perfect!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! It was the perfect place for our large family. We appreciated the use of the things provided especially the boogie boards and beach chairs. Would highly recommend.
