Ohana House - Fun in the Sun

This was an amazing house and the pool area is the best we have ever experienced.

We had multiple generations in the home and each need was met. Grandparents were comfortable in the spacious master, young family loved the additional en suite upstairs and large closet big enough to put our baby down in with the provided pack and play. Our teen also felt like he had enough space to sleep in comfortably. The additional concrete slab past the pool with plenty of pool chairs was a huge positive for us as well. Thank you, thank you!

The best communication of any vacation rental ever. Quick and easy access to Disney. Clean and comfortable. Loved the pool; bring your own pool toys. Community pool across the street along with playground and beach volleyball court. Uncertain if other neighborhood amenities are available.

Overall we had a fantastic time, with a few minor things with the functionality of the house. Just a few things, the property could really use some work, had to buy a few things for the fully stocked kitchen, the dishwasher doesn’t clean well on the top rack, the washer was leaking with every load, the dryer hose was twisted so it took very long to dry clothes. Also looked to be some mold in the upstairs master bath shower. A grill was pictured but there wasn’t one at the property. The outside pool stereo was not working, and our first day there the pool was cold due to pump issues when we paid for pool heating for the entire stay. Overall we had an amazing, fun filled time. Check in was a breeze. Cleanliness of the property was decent. Communication was great, the pool was fixed quickly! Great neighborhood, very well kept. The property could just use a little love is all!

The ohana house is in a gated community. A lot of HOA rules and regulations. The house itself was average, if your a big group it lacks enough towels for big family. The management company did their best to get the hot tub working however we paid for a weeks worth of heat and got the use the hot tub for 30minutes total.. they did send someone over but it didn’t work after the pool service worker came by. I own properties and you should never ask the client If they know how to properly fix anything in the house. That’s management’s responsibility. Now for the good things the beds were comfy and the pool heat was turned on and we were able to at least swim in a warm pool. Overall the house is nice and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay as a family. The house gets a 7-10. Management gets a 5/10 I try to text them after my stay and never heard from them again. It doesn’t matter how good the product is if you can’t communicate efficiently and effectively the product doesn’t much matter. Ohana house this is my honest and professional opinion. Thank you

Villa is amazing, clean and spacious can't fault it at all. We were present during hurricane Milton which caused damage to the pool area netting and major debris in the actual pool. I reported this on 10/10/24 via email to the managing company and informed them that the pool could Not be used due to debris in it. We requested the pool be cleaned, this took a week to be cleaned and over a week for the missing pool netting to be replaced which meant we just couldn't use the pool or outside area at all for over a week as it was full of bugs, moths, dragonflies and many other insects including wasps, and one of our group was stung in the ear. So having paid for heating for the pool we could not use it for over a week due to inaction from the managing agents. I must stress the villa is amazing and the issue is with the managing agents and NOT the owners of the villa. I would return to this villa as it's in a good locations and is perfect for our needs

We chose this house because it was reasonably priced for the size to accommodate our large group. And was fairly close in proximity to all the big parks on the area. The house was fantastic! The pool is much bigger than I expected! Traffic to and from the parks was more intense than I anticipated so definitely plan for more time than estimated. But the house itself is awesome. Would definitely recommend!!

It was ok a few issues

From start to finish, we loved everything about this property! The pool/hottub was amazing! (Warm + clean!), the house itself was beyond clean and very spacious!!! AND the location was perfect for those that have kiddos! (Playground was across the street!) WE WILL BE BACK.. HOPEFULLY LATER THIS YEAR!

This place is even better in person. The neighborhood is gorgeous as is the house. Decorations are beautiful and you have everything you need. The pool is great as is the hot tub. Only cons were a bad outlet in the master bedroom upstairs, a sink where the stopper got stuck in the downstairs master, and creaky floors in the master upstairs room and bath. Would come back in a heart beat!
