Off season rate and 10 nights for the price of 7! September 2-12

The property was right next to the sea as i had hoped. It was snug but had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. They even provided a blender to make drinks! The hosts were lovely! They were on property the whole time we were there but other than checking in to see how things were going a couple of times we couldnt even tell they were there. And we were glad they did too. On the first checkin we had just discovered the blender was broken and they replaced it quickly. The only issue i had was with the vrbo app itself as i was not able to communicate with the host through it.

Kellie is a wonderful host. She is informative, responsive and a pleasure to chat with. The home is perfectly appointed with all you will need! AND comfortable beds which is rare! The location is perfect for going to the beach, biking, walking, water sports or just sitting on one of two porches and relaxing! I highly recommend this beach gem! We hope to return soon!

Very easy and smooth process , beautiful hous3 and location

The perfect property for a relaxing stay on the Maine coast. Close to everything, yet tucked away at the end of a quiet stretch of beach. Saco is a pleasant, small town that feels like a real, old-fashioned neighborhood. Enjoy 360-degree views all day long from the wrap-around porch. Booking is super easy, convenient and the owner is readily available and extremely helpful. What's not to love?

We had a great time and relaxed on the ocean. Wish we caught some fish, but that is how it goes.

Its impossible to write enough positives about our experience with Kellie and Tim and this property. It was easy to rent, amazing to stay in - in every way - and easy to turn back over. Kellie is as nice and as conscientious a renter as any vacationer could hope for and the rental is exactly as they show it - comfy, well-laid-out and in a PERFECT spot. Our family spent a week there swimming, lounging on the deck, grilling food, sitting around the fire pit and loving the views. There were zero hassles at any point and the communication back and forth was easy and flawless. The next time we go back to Maine we are going to start by seeing if this rental is available and we recommend you do too! Thanks to Kellie and Tim for memories of a lifetime!

We stayed two nights here during our road trip through the North East and we really enjoyed staying here. First of all, the view is amazing as you are right on the rocks at waters edge. The house was very clean and comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed. Kellie is an excellent host and she was always available for any questions we had. Thank you again Kellie for everything! I would most certainly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Kellie Ann's Breakwater provided a clean, comfortable and peaceful place to take the vacation we all dreamed it would be! R & R, beach time, and cooking 5 star meals every night! All the comforts of home. Sunrises are breathtaking and the ocean view is outstanding! We couldn't have had a better time! Thank you Kellie for sharing your family home and stories with us! We couldn't ask for a better place to vacation. Kellie and Tim provide the perfect beach location. The views are amazing, the house cozy, clean and comfortable. But the porch is my absolute favorite spot to be for the breathtaking sunrises and the cool ocean breeze. I have spent many lazy days reading there and many evenings enjoying a glass of wine. We look forward to many more years at Kellie Ann's Breakwater!!
