Enjoy this beautiful 2810 square feet, three bedroom, three and a half bathroom, condominium located in The Cove in Park Meadows. The unit is five to ten minutes drive from Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons, the PC MARC and shopping at Kimball Junction. It is also a 7 minute walk to the stop on the new Tan 20 bus line that goes to Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley.

This unit has been renovated and repainted, with new furniture, appliances, carpeting and interior decorating. Beautiful mountain view from living room and front deck. Cozy, the ideal location for your ski holiday.

Our outdoor jacuzzi is directly accessible from the master bedroom and living room, looks out at the back of the property and is completely private and out of public view. Two car garage with remote garage door opener. The unit sleeps eight and is ideal for two families.

Bedrooms have their own private baths and there is an extra powder room. The beds are beautiful and comfortable (one king, one queen and two bunk beds). The kitchen is fully equipped. All of the appliances are new. There is also a spacious loft area with a desk for those in the family who may need to get some work done during the vacation. The unit has cable TV, DVD players and wireless and direct broadband internet access.

The community pool and tennis courts are directly across the street from the unit and the trailhead for Park City's mountain biking, hiking and cross country ski trails is immediately behind the unit.

    The home was beautiful. My wife & daughter loved it. It is very spacious, high beam ceilings, jacuzzi, hot tub, and a great view of Park City Ski Resort from the outside deck.

    My review only applies to this property as a summer rental. It boils down to this: how important is air conditioning to you when it’s 90 degrees outside? If it’s important to you, then you’re in for a pretty bumpy ride because this property doesn’t have it. If not, then this is a flawless place to rent.

    Had a great stay here. Huge condo with provate hot tub, close to liquor and grocery stores and easy access to a trail head. House was very comfortable and clean. We highly recommend.

    This property worked out exceptionally well for me, my wife, my son and his family. It is a beautiful home in a charming neighborhood. It was surprisingly well stocked with all the essentials and kitchen supplies. (Thank you!) The hot tub was a big hit with my son's family. The one thing you will need to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning. With the two-story windows facing south, the home can heat up to uncomfortable levels during the day. We stayed the first weekend in October and the days were warm. Fortunately, the nights were cool and we were able to get the temperature down to a comfortable level at night. I would definitely stay here again (during the cooler months).

    We love staying in the Meadows neighborhood in Park city. It’s a short drive to Main Street and a quick walk to great hiking and mountain biking. The house was excellent and well equipped for cooking and family dinners. The upstairs master was private and had a beautiful view and the office loft was great for working. We highly recommend and look forward to a return trip. This was our 7th visit to the neighborhood and we would absolutely rent here again.
