After about an hour on the phone the customer service located the manager and gave me the code over the phone. It would not open the lock box. We tried numerous times. After about two hours of sitting in the driveway Customer Service booked us into a hotel in Mobile. We did finally speak with the manager but by then we were already booked into the hotel. The system for contacting the manager did not work. I received at least eight codes but when you went back to the reservation email it made you start over. Thus I was getting nowhere. Very upsetting to all of us.
An unexpected situation came up during our stay. The hosts were very responsive and took care of it with urgency and care.
We were traveling from out of town over 9 hours away for a graduation at USA. This place was in a busy area but safe area and close to everything! Place was clean and had everything you need! Would recommend!
we stayed here for 8 days just after moving here while waiting for our home to close. Pros: Close to restaurants, shops, fast food. Larger space than a hotel room for our 3 person adult family kitchen to make the basics. Cons: At least 2 homes nearby have large breed NOISY dogs that barked early in the morning as well as sometimes in the afternoon and evening. As someone else mentioned the property has a large backyard with a firepit and space for our dog but with the aggressive sounding dogs nearby we didn't want to chance using it. The furniture could all use a refresh. All the beds were very uncomfortable-the futon was too hard for my adult son so he used the twin beds which squeaked a LOT and had springs poking him in the back. Master wasn't much more comfortable. Also there is a speed bump right in front of the home where people slow way down to drive over and then accelerate quickly after so there's the constant revving of car motors. so none of us got much sleep during our stay. The couch has a huge dip in the middle and has lost much of its padding. Place either wasn't very clean or so old that some areas were worn vs dirty? Conclusion: It's more space than you would get at a hotel and divided areas for everyone to be separate if desired.Away from the highways so the constant truck noise isn't a concern.I realize these are money makers for people who own them and I try to be understanding but this one really needs some work to make people comfortable.
This property was clean and comfortable for my family.
We enjoyed staying in this cozy home. Beds were comfortable and all necessities were supplied. We would have liked to have been able to enjoy the huge backyard, but the summer heat in Mobile is stifling. The air conditioner, however, did a fabulous job of keeping us cool. We would love to visit again. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
The property was clean and as described. The owners were very responsive to questions. The only negative we ran into was the fenced in back yard. The yard was great, it was big and yes it was fenced which was a plus because we brought our dog with us. But… the neighbors dogs caused such a ruckus barking at Bella and at us that she was afraid to stay out there any and the barking was so worrisome that we didn’t want to sit out there either. Other than that it was just what we needed!
A nice little house located in a quiet neighborhood.
Had a great stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located and close to highways. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well - the Big Time Diner is a good one.
Great location. Shopping malls and grocery stores within short distances. Environment is clean. Biggest challenge: one bathroom for five.
Easy communication and check in. Would definitely rent from this host again.
This propert was AMAZING! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us! Yard was HUGE and so many things within 35 minutes of the home! Property owners were amazing as well and so friendly and helpful with any questions about the area! Definitely our go to place from now on!!!
Owner was super responsive to any questions I had. The home was clean and was in a great central location for our trip. Would recommend.
Easy rental, excellent communication. If you are sensitive to smells you may have an issue staying here, but it was fine for us.
