Although attached to the main home, this unit is completely self-contained and does not share anything with the main house except the driveway. You’ll enjoy your own private entrance, full amenities,and a peaceful, uninterrupted stay.

Tucked along the side of the home, your private entry leads into a thoughtfully curated studio designed for both relaxation and functionality. Step outside to your own charming side yard featuring a lush grapevine pergola and vibrant greenery—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

Inside, the space feels warm, modern, and efficient, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sofa easily converts into additional sleeping space for added flexibility.

Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or those visiting nearby Mayo Clinic, ODA offers a quiet, private retreat with elevated touches throughout.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out (upon availability):
• 1–2 hours: $100
• 2–3 hours: $200

• No pets
• No smoking anywhere on the property ($500 fine)
• No parties or events
• Registered guests only (unauthorized guests subject to fees)
• Quiet enjoyment at all times—please respect neighbors
• Main house and backyard are strictly off-limits
• Please dispose of trash, wash dishes, and follow basic checkout care.
