OC/Fenwick Island Townhouse with Pool!

Perfect location, the house is very convenient and practical. We were 15 and slept comfortably. The host communicated quickly and answered any questions we had.

We rented this unit with 2 other families for a soccer weekend. The house was ready, clean, and had all amenities as promised. In addition, the owner worked with our departure time since the girls had a very early game! Location is ideal - easy access to food, entertainment, and BEACH! Hope to be back next year to stay for the same tournament! Thank you!!

Only issue there no any kind of shampoo or soap for shower towel is not enough for mid size group.

Longtime OC-goer but 1st time at the MD/DE border - great location, easy walk to the beach, and John is in constant contact and quickly answers any and all questions

We had a great stay here. John was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Very easy to walk to beach. Spacious townhouse with room for everyone and plenty of balconies. Couple things to note that were not as clear in listing (but did not change our experience); there are three flights of stairs in the building: one from garage to the first floor bedrooms, another to the kitchen/common space, and a third to the final set of bedrooms (just something to keep in mind if anyone elderly or with limited mobility is looking to book) and the building is directly on a busy street so bring noise machines if you have light sleepers! No paper products, but plenty of bath towels, beach chairs and umbrella provided which was very useful. Thank you!

We had a great time! The place was clean and spacious. Great for a large group. Host always responded in a timely manner.

It was very clean and nice! Owner was very helpful with the entire trip. It was perfect location and lots of comfy beds.
