The Space:

Located on the top floor of the well-kept 201 Lake Street complex, this comfortable studio apartment offers wide views across the Cairns Inlet and city surrounds from a convenient city-fringe location. Bright, simple and functional, the space features tiled flooring, neutral finishes and plenty of natural light flowing through the large sliding doors. Inside you’ll find a comfortable king bed, TV, dedicated workspace, air-conditioning and ceiling fan for year-round comfort.



One of the highlights of the apartment is the private wraparound covered balcony, complete with an outdoor dining setting. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or light meals while taking in the elevated outlook over the city and water beyond. The balcony also enjoys mountain views, providing a stunning backdrop for the vibrant sunsets that light up the sky each evening. A Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, bar fridge and essential tableware are provided, while the modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and essentials for your stay.



Guests also have access to the shared swimming pool within the complex, surrounded by tropical greenery and shaded seating areas. The apartment also offers lift access, along with secure undercover parking via a key-swipe-operated car park and additional free guest parking in front of reception, both available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Cairns Esplanade is just 250 metres away, where you can enjoy scenic waterfront paths, outdoor fitness areas and sunset strolls along the foreshore. Nearby cafes include Jamdrop Cafe Cairns for excellent coffee and breakfast, and Guyala Cafe on the Esplanade, known for its relaxed atmosphere and fresh local produce. Shopping and essentials are also close by, with Cairns Central Shopping Centre offering supermarkets, fashion stores and casual dining, while Oceana Walk Arcade is great for boutique shopping and local finds. The location is also ideal for exploring the region, with easy access to reef tours, island day trips and the Cairns Marina, while still offering a quieter base just outside the busiest part of town.

Parking: There is secure undercover parking within the complex via key-swipe access, along with complimentary guest parking conveniently located in front of reception.

Public Transport: 130m or a 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop.
