Great location within the community!The linen (quality of service) only issue which really isn’t the host issue, had really old pillows/kitchen floors, otherwise, host was very kind.

I want to give four and a half stars, only because of the parking cost, the bring your own golf cart cost, and the fact that you can’t even get a trailer into any of the houses on these streets at the front. The house itself was great. All the extra money ocean lakes required to stay there may keep us from staying again. When you pay 4k to stay somewhere for a week, you shouldn’t have to pay additional fees to park. Just shows you that Ocean Lakes cares about getting rich. They don’t care about the people that stay there, most of the employees are rude and overzealous about ridiculous things. However at 1 in the morning when people are driving 20 mph with their music blaring and people who are not handicap parking in handicap spots and them not getting cited or have to move is against ADA. Again, the house and the host ALL PERFECT.

Great stay

Our stay had no issues. Everything went great! Clean house. Great host with great communication. I would recommend that if you are bringing toddlers, bring a baby gate for the stairwell inside the house and front porch. Highly recommend this house. Would stay again no problem.

Family trip for baseball tournament

Nice, clean, well equipped, comfortable and located vacation home. Nice porches with view of ocean.

The Freeman beach home has everything anyone needs. It is in a great location and can accommodate for a large group.

Good family gathering

We loved the home and the location had a great time with our family. There was a few things that need to be addressed. They need a new grill. The one on the porch is broke and the king size mattress needs to be replaced. It is broke down.

Our family was SO pleased with this home. It was super clean, had plenty of cooking items, plenty of chairs for the patio, VERY close to the Beach! And the Seller communication was very quick! We want to stay in this beach home again!

It was very nice and clean. All rooms are good size, and we loved the master downstairs. If I were to complain about anything we prefer a little firmer mattress in the master. But it was a great stay. Thanks Jeff Biddy

Beds were so hard I had to buy foam mattress toppers for the beds. Cost me $350 for toppers in addition to the rental fee. All needed them but could only afford 3. Now I have toppers I don’t need but was the only way to rest and sleep. Beds felt like they were made from pallets. Made our trip unenjoyable when you can’t rest at night. Grill on deck had not been cleaned in a long while. Floors were not clean. Beach access was convenient. We will not stay again.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at the Freeman’s home. It is very clean and well kept. The communication was fantastic. The close proximity to the beach made it is easy to come and go as we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.
