The well-appointed kitchen features plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and all the kitchen gadgets needed to whip up tasty meals and beach snacks. Dine together in the light-filled dining room where the long wooden table seats six comfortably. Each bedroom is uniquely outfitted with your comfort in mind. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    This place is really close to the beach, it's so close you can hear the ocean. There was construction work across the street causing some inconveniences like parking in our driveway, noise and dust. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Next time, I would ask if there's active construction in the surrounding areas.Other than that, the checkin / check out process with vacasa was seamless, all via texts. The house was spacious, had wifi, had all the amenities we could ask for. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

    Beautiful house in an unbeatable location. We are happy repeat guests. Great for nature walks, and instant access to ocean and bay. Plus, some of Long Island's best waves are always right around the corner.

    House was very clean and as described on the website. It has a fantastic location too. Can’t beat being able to be on bay and ocean. And easy to deal with Dan, the owner. I definitely would recommend for other families.

    Our family had a great time at this rental. The location was perfect; a short walk to the beach or bay, and with two young kids and all their beach gear it was close and easy and just what we were looking for. Dan was super responsive with anything we needed and the house was stocked with all the essentials. When the kids were asleep we hung out most nights on the deck with the ocean breeze and other nights took the kids to watch the sunset. There are only a few places that deliver food so if you’re not planning to cook/BBQ like we did most nights, you’ll have to coordinate and plan pickup in advance. Town is a 10 minute drive so not a pain as some mornings we went to grab coffee and breakfast for the house. We would definitely stay here again!
