Stayed Dec 31, 1969Everything are pretty good except the bunk bed are too soft and have some ants in the master room bath tub area, other than that it's really good. The owner are very responsible and even communicate with me right after I booked.

Stayed Apr 21, 2023This property was great for a family or a small group of people. The CrashPad has a beautiful viwe from the windows and balcony. Entertainment was awesome with a pool table, table soccer, dart board, and a PacMan video game. Very relaxing.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025This house was fantastic! Great location to the primary entrance of Olympic National Park (just a ten min drive), very clean, and so much to do/see! The house is decorated in an aviation theme with all sorts of interesting pictures, stories, and items to look at. Even our teenagers were interested in reading through Dan's stories of sea plane adventures! We had a great time playing pool and foosball as a family. This house has so many random neat things - color changing shower head with bluetooth, a map that shows airport status, heated toilets...and GOOD ICE! Yes, it even has a good ice maker :-) Can't recommend it enough.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025The property is in a great location with easy access to Olympic National Park and fantastic views. It handles a multi family get together well with 3 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath. Easy to get out the door for those early morning hikes. Lots of personality with the owners love of planes on display. Well appointed kitchen. Three ways to make coffee. The owners have worked hard to ensure you have everything you need for a great stay.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025The Crash Pad was a top notch vacation rental. The views of Strait were superb, the beds were comfortable and the décor was amazing. We enjoyed airplane decorations, the photos and the maps. Daniel was very accommodating. His descriptions of the place were helpful and accurate. I would highly recommend this location for a vacation stay. If I return to the Olympic peninsula I will definitely book this house if available.

Stayed Jul 22, 2024We all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well appointed home! Our daugher was married at Lake Crescent and the house and deck were the perfect setting for a small family reception. The view from the deck is wonderful & the location is convenient to both the park and downtown Port Angeles. The house was equipped with everything you might need & the little decorating touches everywhere were perfect. The owner was quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend a stay at the Crash Pad!
