Oceanside Hampton Beach Property

House and host were great! Very clean and everything well thought of. Our stay was very easy and relaxing.

The house was beautifully renovated with a very well-equipped kitchen. Its location is very convenient and we had a great view of the salt marsh. We enjoyed watching the birds! It was very family friendly. Refrigerator space is fantastic! They even have a pizza oven on the deck. The living areas are spacious with the biggest sectional sofas I’ve ever seen! Lots of great games and sporting equipment were provided also. I would highly recommend this place for families.

Great vacation!!!We’ve been renting at Hampton Beach for 20 years and this is by far our favorite house! We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Beach home! It was spotless and equipped with every amenity we could need. The home is beautiful with a spacious open floor plan that was perfect for entertaining our big family. Great location to access both North Beach and Hampton. Plenty of parking made things so convenient, and the hosts were always communicative and supportive. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return!

Perfect house, perfect location, very clean, extremely responsive host!

A beautiful rental in North Hampton. Our group (5 adults & 2 children) enjoyed it all - fully stocked kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, 2 large living rooms, and a huge dining table. We spent our mornings and evenings on the decks and loved watching the bird activity in the marsh. We walked across the street to North Beach to shell hunt and made our way down to the main Hampton beach for our days in the sand and sun. Craig responded promptly when we needed him. Stayed for 3 nights and wished we had booked longer.

Received a call during check in that house was double booked. Was offered 1k for my inconvenience that I never received. We had to make last minute alternative arrangements 20 min way. We had a friend visiting from over seas which made rescheduling our stay impossible. Host never cancelled our booking despite our ordeal. We had to speak with Vrbo support team by phone just to get our refund. It felt like a complete scam

It was such a great place to stay and have the whole family together. Plenty of room for everyone and close to everything.

We stayed as a family in Craig's home for a wedding we were attending! It was close to the restaurants, very clean, modern and views were phenomenal.
