If you’re hoping to get some fishing in, there’s a fish cleaning table and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in or on the water. Hang out in the lower level’s media room featuring a spacious sectional sofa to watch the Smart TV and a small beverage refrigerator to keep your beverages sufficiently chilled. There’s a love seat/single sleeper sofa and a half-bath here, too.

The first level is home to three of the home’s four bedrooms including a queen master bedroom with ensuite bath and a queen and two single bunk beds that share a full hallway bathroom. All of these rooms have access to a covered deck. The final bedroom, a king master, with a spacious ensuite bath featuring a jetted tub and access to an ocean-facing deck, is located on the second level. All of the bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs.
