Wonderful location overlooking the bay with access to a beautiful, uncrowded beach right across the street. Comfy beach house will lots of bedrooms and large dining tables. The bay is great for kayaks and SUPs, and we had them delivered and had no problem carrying them down the private boardwalk to the bay. The house lacks luxury amenities like in-suite baths and a big kitchen, but it works well for families, with a basement playroom for any rainy days.

Enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to beach and bay. Owner is extremely responsive.

We had the most amazing time at this beach house! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—from fully stocked kitchen essentials to comfy beds and towels. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views from the deck. Morning coffee on the beach or deck overlooking the bay each morning. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. You can tell this home is well-loved and cared for.This was one of those trips where you wish you had booked an extra week. We’re already talking about coming back next year!Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable beach vacation.

Very nice, accurate listing.

I hosted my adult daughters and their families. We all had a great time together. I have grandchildren ranging from age five to age sixteen, and every one of them had a blast. It was the perfect multi-generational family vacation. I highly recommend this property, and give the owner a five star rating as well.

In no particular order: lovely location, nice size pool but it was cold when it should have been heated, hot tub cover broken, lots of pool and beach towels and I didn't care that they didn't match, Steve was responsive and tried to bring us beach chairs and umbrellas as there were no functioning or not gross chairs for the beach or umbrellas for shade, most of the outdoor furniture shabby and/or rusty, no pool toys except the 4 floats left by the bachelorette party who stayed there before us, Galley kitchen, pretty nice, but little cabinet space to store food, Description not accurate: only one king bed, not two, the beach photo is the ocean across the street, lovely on the bay location would have been great to have a little area to sit out there. Tiny bathrooms, none ensuite or double sink, bedrooms serviceable, although our king bed needed a king flat sheet, not a queen, all rooms very compact and not much privacy. The game room was a basement, converted garage, with no games and a bed, no bathroom or door for privacy, no children's books, toys, games, pool toys, I think this house was a better fit for the party before us than it was for our family.

Super easy ocean beach access and beautiful bay views

Stephen was so wonderful, the house was clean and it was the perfect location with amazing views! Could not have asked for a better stay!
