Oceanfront With Memorable Surf And Haystack Rock Views

The home was clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels and cooking utensils. Excellent ocean views. Nice quiet neighborhood. We loved watching the deer wander through the yard!Only a couple drawbacks. On the stairwell to the upstairs bedroom, there is a beam that is easy to hit your head on. Also, there is a very steep incline to the beach making it difficult to access.

Amazing views! Close, easy access to the beach was great. The host was very generous at letting us check in early at 1 PM. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here. Katie was very responsive and easy to get in contact with if we needed anything. The space was clean and honestly a bit bigger than I thought which was nice. The views are amazing on both sides of the house and we got the best weather while we were there. The dogs loved being a tennis balls throw away from the beach. Can’t recommend this property enough. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

I wasn't initially sure if the set-up of the house was going to work for us, but happy to say it was great! Beds were comfortable, size of kitchen was great. Views from all around the house were awesome.

Fabulous view. Quirky and cozy 4 level house with a couple balconies and a great deck. Take in views of river side or ocean side over a cup of morning joe. I loved it. Enjoyed the tub in the top floor bathroom, the dining table was great for laptop time and was one level up from living room and still with beach views. Staff, Katie, responded right away to any inquiries and she met me at the house to be sure I got in because a storm was coming in and rain and wind were crazy. Regular coffeemaker and a keurig you ca set up. Comfy beds. Lots of extra blankets. Master room upstairs has an amazing view. The other two rooms are on the lowest level and face the river side and driveway. This place is a mile from haystack rock and dune, the Pelican pub and Stimulus coffee and other places.I walked there a couple times. Will consider again if I rent in Pacific City.

Unbelievable location! A well loved but very clean and comfortable house. Walkable to coffee shops and just down the beach from a fun bar and grill. Absolutely stunning views. Would love to return!

We loved this home. Perfect spot on the beach, with gorgeous views! The ocean air flowed thru the home and was so relaxing and inviting. We enjoyed playing a few games and perusing the dvds, too. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great view of the ocean to the west and the river to the east! House is split among 4 levels, which was fun for us but could be an issue for people not able to handle steps.The access to the beach was great for our family; however, the 20 foot drop to the beach on a sand dune would be hard for many people, particularly returning.Bottom line…..it work great for us!

We had such a lovely girls getaway. The house was perfect for us, giving us plenty of space and direct access to the beach, along with the stunning views. Everything was clean and it had great walkablility to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The ocean front cottage was very comfortable, walking distance to town and the ocean views were incredible! We’ll be back!

This home has incredible views of the ocean and the haystack rock. We spent hours sitting on the decks, enjoying the views and the sounds of crashing waves. The upstairs bedroom has its own balcony. The kitchen has a deck on the backside looking out to the Nestucca River. The home is light and cheerful. It has many level changes and stairs, so take that into consideration if you are traveling with people who are not able to climb stairs.

Location is great! We sat out on the do most of the day. You do have to climb down a pretty steep embankment to get to the beach. Not bad for us but if you have mobility issues it would be a challenge. House is a little beat up but your paying for the view.

We had a wonderful quick trip to the ocean with our two adult children. Our daughter attends OSU and drove up to meet us. The house was perfect for us- so close to the beach and a lovely view!

The view and beach access are amazing! The walk to the beach is very easy and as close as it gets. The home is clean, beds are comfy, and the kitchen is more than adequate. (All the essentials are there, just bring your favorite spices, crock pot, etc). This home has 4 levels.

Awesome location, beautiful views. The house was clean, had a good selection of board games tv options, and some basics etc for the kitchen which was helpful. Beds were comfortable, had ample towels and even beach towels. We had two adults and 3 teens and it was a good amount of space for us all.

Loved watching the waves and the house is so unique!

Loved the master suit upstairs. The view from the kitchen, master bedroom and living area was wonderful. Take note there and 3 levels and the stairs were difficult for my mother. Overall, I loved it! But I had the master suite:)

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property on the Oregon coast! The house was well-maintained, spacious, and perfect for our family of four (plus our dog!). Our teen daughters loved the cozy vibe and easy access to the beach. It was a treat to be within walking distance of great restaurants, which made exploring the area so convenient. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and pet-friendly getaway!

not only was pacific city an incredibly great little beach town, but the house location could not have been better. steps from the beach, great decor, CLEAN, comfortable. the house exceeded my expectations and we will be back!

This was the second time we stayed here. Access to the beach was a little better this time. Not as steep. Would be great if owners could put a stake with a rope down to the beach to help us back up like the neighbors had, but I am a 71 year old grandma and was able to go down, easy, up with a little work. The house worked perfect for us, our son and daughter in love and 2 grands (7&9). The deck off the kitchen on the side opposite of the beach was perfect when it got too hot on the beach side. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed the property and would definitely choose it again. For a small family of 4, each of us had our own space and didn’t feel on top of each other at all. I felt the listing matched what we expected, the only surprise we had was that it didn’t have air conditioning- however, that’s on us as the listing reflects in the comfort section it only has heat. The weather was cooler though so we didn’t even miss it! We didn’t make any big meals in the kitchen, but for the light cooking we did we had everything we needed.

The house was nice and cozy and has all the basic necessities for a nice visit to the beach. Yes, it is beach front but access to the beach is not what one sees in the picture. It is deceiving. The coastline in Pacific City has been slowly pushed back leaving steep descents onto the beach. It is a very steep access to the beach.
