Oceanfront Spectacular Views!!Huge Oceanfront Pool with Spa and Game Room Unit B

I have rented many properties and this one offered zero ammene

The property was spacious, quiet, and great for our family. We had 13 people, but could have had a few more. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was a nice gathering place where there was plenty of room for cooking together. The fireworks on the beach on July 4 were the best non-professional ones we've ever seen! The beach is nice and wide, the sand soft, and very clean. All-in-all, we were happy with our choice!

Great place for family enjoyment!

We were able to all stay under one roof and had the best time of our lives… it was a wonderful vacation.

The guys loved the house and thought it was perfect for our golf trip.

We did pay the extra fee to have the pool heated. November can be cool and it was a great decision and option. Well worth it! The elevator was extremely helpful for my 90 year old mother in law.

Loved it. Only problem is the elevator that didn't use because it would not work. If a door was not shut correctly, I would have to go up all stairs to check what door was not closed

I wrote a huge long review and was cutoff by character limits- so to summarize our stay: House was dirty upon checkin, pool was filthy too. To the point adults wouldnt get in. Pool is very small anyway. With 4 kids in it, it was crowded. Random HVAC guy just decided to walk in- we were never told he was coming. One of the adults was sitting by the pool and noticed a guy walking in the house, and had to chase after him. Could have ended much worse for him. Baby ants everywhere. Parking is horrendous. Be prepared to buy/bring handsoap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels garbage bags- not NEARLY enough provided. For the amount charged I think 5 dishwashing tabs, 4 garbage bags and 2 rolls of cheap paper towels is horrible for how big the place is. Not to mention hand soaps not even half full? Grill is cheap (no propane provided), barely worked. Its a duplex- you will hear the neighbors with the shared wall. No place to put your clothes. Closet with shelves thats about it but no big enough. The $1000 linen package is not optional- you get 2 towels per bed and no extra sheets. Overall The 8 adults that went on the trip all stated they would not stay here again. For the amount charged I would have expected better and was sadly disappointed.
