Oceanfront Sea Shack Memories in Oak Island, NC - A perfect getaway for 15 guests!

I would definitely stay here again. Great location. The closest to the ocean out of all the beach houses I’ve ever stayed. It was nice having the pool up at the lower deck level. I could see the ocean from the pool! The house had everything we needed. I appreciated the plastic containers in the kitchen as we do a lot of cooking. The house was decorated nicely and in good shape. The elevator was great to have for my 83 year old mother. The bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen were a little smaller than what I usually rent but worked out fine. The bathroom situation was okay but not explained very well. The master bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd level had a private bath. The 4 bedrooms on the 1st level were shared. The king bedroom and one bunk room had a jack and Jill bathroom. The queen room and other bunk room opened up in the small rec room and to the queen room. It was nice to see the groups of pelicans (called pods) fly up and down the coast all day, often directly over the pool. Would have liked to have a larger deck around the pool. The hot tub cover was the easiest I’ve ever used.

We had the best time! This house is amazing. We are so excited to stay here again. Thank you for hosting and creating a beautiful and inviting space. We made so many wonderful memories. Until next time…

The house is exactly as listed. Everything was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location is perfect, we walked on the beach to the pier every morning. Would definitely go back.

The house, beach, pool, hot tub, layout of home was perfect for our family of 7. Best views of beach, dolphins, sunset and blood moon eclipse! Must sea this Shack in person! Plenty to do for all.

We loved our stay at Sea Shack memories! Beautiful and clean house with plenty of space for our family of 15. All communication with the host is through Better Beach Rentals, so it is easier to call the office for any questions. Did not get a response when I tried to message through the app.

Location of this property is perfect! Beautiful ocean views, clean, quiet beach. House is great, laid out well. Beds are comfortable.

The house is gorgeous, the beach is quiet and the area isn’t a tourist trap. We fell in love with Oak Island!

Beautiful house. Great location. Clean sheets and kitchen. This trip taught me the lesson to check to make sure exactly how much construction is going on at the property. Heavy equipment on the beach infront of house made for not great walks. Nice otherwise.
