Oceanfront Retreat with Pool, Game Room, and Spacious Layout

Uniquely wonderful house. Close to beach, great views, and fun house design and layout for our family.

This is a perfect location away from the craze of Destin and Seaside. We have a large family and the kitchen and entertaining areas are perfect! We cooked every day and night of our 7 night stay. The ice maker was not working, so that was a challenge to purchase bags of ice. Bring your own beach chairs and tent, as the rentals do not extend that far down on the beach. Best location yet! We stay every year in Grayton, so we know!

Beautiful home, beautiful views. The home was still being cleaned when we arrived at 4PM on 3/16, so our group was confined to only the game/laundry room area until 5:30, which was disappointing and unexpected. We never received a reason for the move in delay. We had to have A/C repair early in our stay. Also the window blind in the 3rd floor primary bedroom was broken upon arrival and was inoperable for the entire stay. We had two children under 3 in our group so the multiple steep staircases were not the best scenario for us but we managed it , and the kids and adults all had a very enjoyable stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable, spectacular place to stay — everyone in our large family group loved it. From the incredible sunsets on the deck, to the family gatherings in the large open living room/kitchen, to the jaunts to Chiringo’s + The Red Bar on the golf cart + bikes, every detail was attended to. Thank you to the 360 Blue team for their responsiveness + consideration. We hope to return one day soon!

The views are great and the house is unique. getting to the beach is a little harder than what we normally have so be ready. Be prepared for lots of stairs, this is not a house for older people!! Overall we had a good time and we really enjoyed the decks. There had been a storm and lightning caused some electrical issues in the house but we managed and the manager sent a repair person over that fixed several items but it left us without a stove/oven for the week.

Our extended family of 10 stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. There were some issues with the appliances and elevator due to lightning strikes the day before we got there, but the management company did everything they could to fix it and reimbursed us for the inconvenience. The bunk room downstairs was awesome for the kids. We would stay here again.

The large house has a wonderful view. Upon booking, I specifically voiced concerns of a nerve disease my husband has and verified that the elevators would allow access for him to get to all 3 floors of the house. When we arrived, the elevator was broken. 360 Blue did all they could and had three crews there within an hour of our arrival, but unfortunately, we had to go 3 days without an elevator. Due to his disease and the spiral staircases he was unable to get around the house. During my many talks with the 360 Blue agent those first 3 days, who was more than kind, I told her the house needed to be properly inspected. The cabinets overflowed. Drawers were filled to the brim and some cabinets you couldn't even open without pans falling to the floor. Even though the listing is on the beach, be aware that it is a walk to the beach access and from the beach access entrance to the beach is tedious, especially for my husband. On the plus side, the 3rd floor master suite is nice. Wonderful views and plenty of space and having access to the golf cart to take a quick trip down 30A was nice. We typically stay at another house 2-3 times a year, but this year with having extra family coming, I wanted to stay somewhere with more space. Unfortunately, this house just didn't meet my past stays expectations.
