We had to make our beds:The first time ever stayed in a home that we had to make the beds with the sheets that were provided.Needed sheets for the pull out bed (no sheets provided)Towels, one towel per guest almost. The towels were of very poor quality. The kitchen/family room was on the top floor, no blinds in that room. The sun was unreal and so were the temperatures! The air conditioning unit on that floor was not working so we called service the next morning after arriving.Even when it did work the temperature in that area was unreal, if we cooked ie used the stove or oven and the sunlight coming in through the windows with no blinds or curtains.

You will not be disappointed. This home is beautiful. What you see in the pictures is what you get. There were 2 housekeeping issues we notice upon checking in. The vent fan in one of the bathroom was a little dusty and the ice maker didnt make ice and had some type of tellowish build up inside. But we didn't bother to report any of that. We overlooked the vent and bought bagged ice. The home is decorated nicely. Really give you the beachy fell. And the living room being on the top floor was the best idea. The views of the beach, especially during sunrise and sunset, made you stop in your tracks. It was a bit chilly during our stay, but that didnt stop the kids from dipping in the pool. The beach access from the house is very easy and close. Inside the home, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, and silverware and utensils. But you have to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, etc. None of that is furnished. And you have to make up your beds once you arrive. The sheets and towels are provided and they give you plenty. Plus theres a washer and dryer on the 3rd floor, which was convenient and came in handy since my 7 year old kept running in the ocean after her changed clothes. There was more than enough room to spread out. There was even a smaller 2nd living room with an extra refrigerator on the 2nd floor, which came in handy with my teenagers

Home is 4 levels with the garage being the first and main kitchen/dining/living on the 4th. Wonderful ocean views and lovely spacious rooms with lots of seating and comfortable beds. I read a review about bringing your own frying pans? This could possibly be the case if you have a large party (which is suited for this house) but we were a party of 5 and the and the kitchen supplies accommodated us well. Bring your own paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) as the email you receive prior indicates. We left what we didn't use for the next visitors but the party before us didn't, so come prepared. But if you forget anything no worries, there are plenty of stores near by. Overall our stay was wonderful. This was a work retreat/decompression getaway for my office staff. We spent most of our time on the 2nd floor where the pool is located (and also a 2nd fridge so no long hike for a drink) and the main/4th floor. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to return for years to come!

My family stayed at this house for a vacation and we had a wonderful time. The house has plenty of bathrooms, large kitchen and living room area, 3 decks with gorgeous views of the beach, and a pool. Bath towels and linens were included too. Plenty of parking, thermostats on every floor, tons of games for my kids to play, and great Wifi. The property management company was so responsive when we reached out with issues or questions. We loved it so much we reserved it for next year already. Couple tips/things: - The elevator is super complicated to figure out. I'd suggest reaching out before you arrive to get detailed instructions on how to use. We had to have a maintenance person come over twice to help us figure out how to use it. - Pack your own toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom hand soap. - Bring your own beach chairs. *While it would have been nice to have these things included, I understand it's not in order to keep the cost of the house down (which we appreciate!).
