The house was beautiful! The views - especially sunrise - were exceptional. Plenty of kitchenware and dishes/utensils for our party of 12. We only had an issue with highly limited parking (we had 3 vehicles) but mgmt worked with us to find another close property where we could park one of our trucks - that worked great! Overall, we were highly satisfied with this property.

Beautiful oceanfront home equipped with everything you need for a fun week. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to your neighbors and parking was an issue.

Enjoyed the ocean view, especially the sunrise. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

Amazing house on the beach. A great place for a family reunion to be together and have fun in the sun and fellowship together. We hope to make this an annual event. Family is very important.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The only two things that I was a little surprised with was the extra expense to heat the pool. I missed this detail in the agreement, so my error. But have not been charged extra before in other rentals. The only other issue was the temperature control. It was usually 72-74 degrees in the house. At times up to 76. We could not set the thermostat below 70 so it was hard to keep the unit cool

This Hilton Head Rental was terrible. The 1st and 3rd floor AC could not cool the area. The first floor was 78 F for the entire week even after the recognition came to service. No one could sleep on the first floor. Too hot. The rental Company knew the AC was not adequate as they had multiple portable fans on the first floor. As well as in the AC room where a large fan was placed to remove heat. The air filter looked like it had not been changed in months. I suffer from allergies and replaced the filter at my cost. The back door to the first floor patio would not lock. Place a pole in the slide to loc. The refrigerator water filter had expired. Filtered water tasted poorly. The elevator stopped working. Control box fell off the door jam on the second floor. It was “taped” to the wall and fell off do to the heat in the elevator shaft. The garage was not usable. It had insulation falling from the vent in the ceiling and all over the floor. (Why is there loose insulation in the vents?) the coffee machine was calling for service. (I descaled unit) The neighborhood had boarded up homes and run down. Never to return. Very disappointed and will be looking for a refund.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues but they responded quickly and things were fixed. I would definitely rent again if coming to Hilton Head.

This house was perfect for our vacation with 2 large families with 2 extra bedrooms to spare. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and so spacious. Everyone had their own bedroom and huge bathroom so we could spread out but come together in the big kitchen and great room to spend time together. The ocean views are amazing from 3 floors and the direct access to the quiet beach was wonderful. We loved relaxing on the deck, swimming in the heated pool, and biking on the beach and nearby trails. Management was extremely responsive and accommodating. They really made it very easy to check-in/ checkout and help with any questions . There were 2 beach bars just a short walk up the sand and so many other restaurants, shops, and mini golf courses nearby. We can't wait to stay here next year!!

This home right on the beach was picture perfect. Everyone gasped the first time they saw the view from the livingroom area. The large bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of space and closets. There were lots of places in and outside to relax with family members and catch up. The kitchen had everything we needed to make big family dinners. The winding staircase was lovely, but probably not best if you have toddlers or younger kids. But, multi-levels were perfect for adults and pre-teeens to spread out and get privacy when needed. We were so happy to book this gorgeous home off season - we will be back!

Great location, easy beach access, and is close to a park for cycling, tennis, or pickleball.
