Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful property right on the ocean front. Beautiful, useful design. Plenty of room for our party. Generally in good condition and the beginning supplies were very good. Some issues with cleaning though. Steps and landing to the garage were filthy. Master bath in first floor was so dirty we left footprints on the bath towel. Reported these issues and I expect the next occupants would not see a problem.Main garage door would not go down. Took two days, but got it fixed.Big issue for us was the front steps as the last four do not have a railing and one of our guests missed the last step and ended up in the ER. This was at night and the porch lights did not illuminate the steps all the way.Overall, a really good stay. We are not returning but if we did return to Hilton Head, we would rent this house again.

Plenty of room for everyone with excellent common areas to enjoy meals, the pool and movies in the evenings. Island Time made sure we had a wonderful experience and took care of our needs over the week long stay. Would highly recommend both the house and the rental management company.

Ample parking All the amenities you needed and more. Access to a quiet, almost private beach. Only feedback on the downside is that the Outdoor patio furniture is pretty worn and needs refreshed, hot tub not operating and there were no stemmed wine glasses. Would definitely recommend.

It was exactly as pictured, and plenty spacious for our large family group. We would absolutely rent again -- and are hoping to be able to do so!

Bike trails are fantastic, plus it was the first time I ever rode a bike on the sand! All in a great experience and great location.

We found it clean and well equipped in the kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms. They were VERY responsive to our calls when we found something that needed to be fixed. For example, when we arrived, a week after a strong hurricane, we found the property with leaves and things all over it. We called and the next day it was cleaned up. The kitchen was very well provided with dishes , glasses, and pots and pans and silverware. I would like specific instructions left in each room that has a tv telling us how to operate it, as different remotes and procedures caused some heartburn. Overall though, Island Time was just great, especially a young man named Josh.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This huge home is situated in an excellent spot in Sea Pines. By far, one of the best areas we have stayed in within Sea Pines. With that said, the house itself is in need of maintenance and an extensive cleaning. There was mold, mildew, and water damage throughout the home. Mildew on the ceiling between owner suite and library and on walls and ceilings in upstairs bathrooms. A vent in the library drips onto cushion that is stained and full of mildew, causing the room to smell. This room is advertised as an extra bedroom, fortunately we did not need to use it as a room, as the mildew smell is bad. The door handle falls off of a door leading to the pool area from the kitchen. One of the trash can drawers does not close properly and catches on the drawer beside it. There was a smoke alarm beeping throughout our stay. Upstairs dryer does not dry clothes. Owner suite shower does not drain properly. Two of the beds had sand on the comforters. All of the white comforters on the beds are dingy and have rough peels on them. The chairs in all of the bedrooms are dingy and full of stains. With all of that said, it is a huge house with lots of space for a large group. The kitchen is well stocked and the pool and hot tub are great. With some maintenance and cleaning this home could really be amazing.

Beautiful house with most bedrooms having an ocean view. Close expansive ocean view with very short private walk to the mostly empty beach. The first floor is very open. We were to comfortably have a large party for over 50 people. Ton of parking space with 4 garages. Would definitely rent avain.
