Oceanfront North Beach Retreat w/ Huge Deck, Sunroom & Steps to Top Surf Spot

Just got home from our first stay at 883 Ocean Blvd. We have vacationed in Hampton for decades and I am usually ready for home after a week away but not this time!! I was SO sad to leave this incredible house! It was spotless upon arrival, the INCREDIBLE views, so many wonderful amenities! Just a walk across the street to spend the day on the beach then ending the day with the family around the fantastic dinning table on the 2nd floor deck watching the waves and the stars. The wnd floor bar area was a huge bonus!! Stunning sunrises on one side of the house then beautiful sunsets on the other. Sat night we could see the fireworks from Salisbury! Sleeping was VERY comfortable- all beds were great! House was nice and cool with all the a/c's. Outdoor shower definitely came in handy. And the huge game room was put to good use- the nintendo was huge hit! I honestly cant say enough good things about this property. The owner Sarina is amazing! Is so lovely and VERY responsive to any and all questions/messages. Needless to say we have already booked for next year!!

A gorgeous home thoughtfully stocked and decorated. Bonus rooms, an office/laundry space, generous bedrooms, and huge kitchen with plenty of storage. We were a party of 8 and everyone had ample privacy. Views from the deck breathtaking every single morning. Perfect weather as well so we feel very fortunate!

This Hampton Beach house was everything we hoped for and more—immaculately clean, beautifully updated, and just steps from the sand. The ocean views from the deck were stunning, and the home was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—this is our new go-to spot on the NH coast!

Our trip was June 15-22 2024. The house was better than the pictures in the listing which is hard to believe since the pictures were amazing and why I rented this home. Location was amazing with beautiful views right on the ocean. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and then some including a lobster pot and burner to cook live lobsters we purchased on the dock. We had a week long heatwave and the air conditioning was another added bonus! The owners were very attentive to any thing we needed including information on places to go and things to do! I highly recommend this amazing property for your next beach vacation!

If you know this area of the NH seacoast, then you'll love this house. Terrific location and amazing views from the second floor deck. We were here in August, 2022, during an extremely hot weather period. Two of the bedrooms had A/C while two did not. It was a little challenging to get comfortable at night in the rooms without A/C as you do get quite a bit of street noise with the windows open. The kitchen and common areas do not have A/C. There is one full bathroom on each floor. The kitchen was spacious and had everything, although the refrigerator's ice maker and water spout did not work. It was convenient being directly across the street from the beach. We did not interact with the host much while we were there, but she always responded quickly to our questions pre & post trip.
