Stayed Oct 5, 2025This house in Sea Pines, Hilton Head, was truly amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how beautiful and comfortable it was. We absolutely loved spending time on the beautiful beach and the private pool was a huge hit with everyone. The extra amenities provided really elevated our stay. having beach chairs and a wagon available was a fantastic and very thoughtful touch that made our trips to the sand so much easier! We also found the kitchen to be fantastic and exceptionally well-stocked, which made cooking at home so nice and easy. Our only minor constructive feedback focuses on two things:1. We really wished there had been Tupperware or similar containers available to store leftovers, as cooking in that wonderful kitchen meant we had leftovers every night!2. Our check-in was slightly delayed; the cleaning crew was not finished until closer to 4:20 PM, so we couldn't access the property exactly at the 4:00 PM check-in time.Overall, this was an incredible vacation rental and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful Hilton Head experience! We can't wait to come back!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Overall, our stay was great. The kitchen does need updating to be considered a gourmet kitchen and to accommodate the number of people this home accommodates. Although this house is beachfront you a have very limited view of the beach and a lengthy walk to haul everything to the beach. However, if it's privacy and a quiet beach you seek... you won't find a better location.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024This is our second stay at this property and it truly suits our family! The one level walkway direct beach access is so nice with our little ones! The 6 bedroom/ 6 bath with 2 living areas and the screened in porch are perfect! It gives everyone space to spread out. We appreciate the property managers at Beach House Boutique for being so helpful and responsive with any needs that we had! We enjoyed it so much we have already booked it for next summer!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We have stayed here 3 times now. It is perfect for our extended family of 12 including grandkids now 5-10 years old. The set up with pool in some shade and very short walk out path to beach is perfect for the constant back and forth we all did daily with the kids and grandkids. The house is comfortable and familiar now-bottom floor beautifully redone and we noted guest bathroom on top floor just renovated. One small note, and a recurring one that I almost hesitate to mention-the sofas and rug in the main living area have had for several years of our visits a noticeable smell-cat or dog aroma. It is a little of a recurring joke with our family, but attention would be helpful.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022This was an absolute paradise vacation with only steps from the beach. The setup up the suites was perfect for our family. Almost too many kitchen gadgets, taking up all the space. So we had to used counter space for our groceries. The outdoor, screened in porch furniture cushions need to be cleaned more often. The outside downstairs porch area has lots of outdoor cooking opportunities, but was left dirty, with dirty utensils at the grill and pizza oven. The outside was managed by a different company. The technology needs to be updated to be able to use your own streaming services. Overall we could not have been more pleased.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022This was our second year to stay at this home. We have loved it both years. Being right on the beach in Sea Pines in combination with room for 12 of us has been critical and it has not disappointed. Bouncing back and forth all day easily to the beach, pool and hot tub has made it so easy for our 5 adult kids and 5 grandkids, and for easy walks on the beach at sunrise and sunset. The home's location in Sea Pines has been wonderful for solitude, walking, great biking, Heron Point/Atlantic Dunes golf courses less than 5 minutes away, space for large family meals, and did I mention the beach? We gave the couples evenings off to go next door (almost) to Coast, which they really enjoyed. Our grandkids are becoming better swimmers each year with benefit of hours and hours in the pool, and bonding with each other. The large new (?) TV in the common area was also great for watching Braves games together, especially when there was a bit of rain. All in all a wonderful family week in comfortable and familiar surroundings.

Stayed May 29, 2022Description of the property and pictures were right on……8 adults and 2 toddlers! Private beach access for one row back was a minute walk! My standard of cleanliness is pretty high because of my grandchildren. But, overall this did not deter from our great week at the beach with family. We plan on booking this property again!!

Stayed Jul 10, 202126 East Beach Lagoon was a perfect place for our multigenerational family vacation from the ocean views to the pool to the spacious house. Kitchen could use a little updating but very functional. A lot of little extras were included such as garbage bags and laundry detergent. Would love to return in the future!

Stayed Jun 26, 2021The location of this property was AWESOME. The little pathway to the beach was fabulous. Pool area was okay- the furniture needs updating around the pool badly! Under the deck near the pool was a BIG MESS. Stuff was everywhere and not organized! The pool and hot tub were very clean and the pool company came mid week to check on it. The house needs updating - especially the kitchen- definitely NOT a gourmet kitchen AT ALL. There was no pantry- drawers were broken, pots and pans were terrible to cook in, etc. AC seemed to not cool the house all over...certain parts of the house would be cool but others wouldn't be! Overall area of house was close to things and we really enjoyed riding bikes in the neighborhood. Would not stay here again as I told the property manager this was not a $20k house!
