This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is situated on 3 acres with 900 ft of waterfront in East Sooke. Property has hot tub and private, fully serviced dock.

1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin and a Queen size chest bed in the loft, make it a comfortable getaway for 6 people (8 with owner consent, additional charges may apply). Down Duvets, built-in stereo system with indoor & outdoor speakers, built-in vacuum, outdoor fire pit can be used when no fire ban is in place, indoor wood burningstove, 6-8 person hot tub, Smart TV & DVD/VCR (DVD collection provided), High Speed Fiber Optic WiFi, washer & dryer, BBQ, and spotting telescope.

Playpen, highchair and some children's toys are also available. There is a horse shoe pit on the property and lots of space for playing catch, volleyball, frisbee, etc. Explore the shoreline and view the sea life which includes starfish, crabs, shellfish, mink, sea otters and seals. Hiking, bird watching, kayaking, whale watching and fishing in the area are also amazing.

A fully serviced dock with power and water that guests may use at their own risk and are welcomed to moor their boat or kayaks.

A short drive will take you into Sooke which offers a number of amenities including a public swimming pool, gym, zip lines, grocery stores, gas station, restaurants and shopping.
