Oceanfront home with private swimming pool and spa at North Litchfield Beach in Pawleys Island

We loved this vacation home. The adults appreciated all of the comfort and relaxing vibe of the home. The teens loved the downstairs and the outdoor fun! Don’t miss renting bikes and enjoying the bike path. We hope to be back again (when the ocean is warmer and the pool can be heated!)

Our week at Casa Fortuna was amazing! From the accommodations, to the beautiful layout of the home, and the hot tub and pool were so relaxing! This is the perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing getaway with your family and friends.

We had all but lost hope on finding a house for spring break and happened to find this one. We were so glad! Quiet area, but still in driving distance to attractions. House met our needs and we have rented houses for over 13 years. Peter was easy to talk to and took care of our needs as quickly as he could, even on Easter. Thanks for a relaxing week at the beach❤️

We loved this house. The view was spectacular, and the beach perfect for long beach walks. We were lucky to have great weather. The elevator worked like a charm for those of us who had difficulty with stairs. We could not have asked for anything better!

Casa Fortuna II is the most absolutely perfect Oceanfront beach house for celebrating special occasions. We were a group of 11 ladies, all friends for a lifetime and celebrating our 65th birthdays. From the moment we drove up the driveway and admired the beauty of the southern foliage, we knew we made the right choice. Once inside, we gathered in the large living room and gazed out the massive sliding glass doors facing the ocean. The unforgettable view was something to behold! We spent a lot of quality time together on the generous screened in porch that is Oceanside. From morning coffee to special dinners, there was ample furniture to accommodate our large group. Peter Jackson, the builder of the home, was always available to answer any question we had. On check in day, he visits and reviews all of the particulars you will need to be aware of, to make your stay a pleasant one. The location could not be more convenient to shopping, restaurants and many points of interest. We enjoyed early morning sunrises, tempestuous skylines, the relaxing pool and spa and of course, the wonderful sandy beach. You cannot go wrong with Casa Fortuna II.

“A Perfect Choice” Casa Fortuna 11 was absolutely wonderful for our family get-together and our daughters small wedding celebration we had family of all ages join us for the week and everyone was happy, comfortable and right at home. Peter had gone above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo has a very beautiful layout, with amazing ocean front views from four of the seven bedrooms. The elevator is a nice feature since the kitchen is on the third floor. The view out the window in the living room was breathtaking. There was plenty of seating for everyone, the kitchen was well stocked. Everything about this seven bedroom house directly on the ocean was top notch. You have the option to heat the pool in the off season and for the second week of November we had many family members enjoy that option as well as relax in the hot tub. We can not say enough about our Glorious week at Casa Fortuna 11 and living the life of luxury in this beautiful home for a week. Looking forward to another family reunion in North Litchfield and Casa Fortuna again soon.

Our group of Spring Breakers has been vacationing in South Carolina (Isle of Palm, Kiawha, Hilton Head) for a number of years. Litchfield Beach and Casa Fortuna II lived up to all of our expectations and we are a picky bunch! The property was clean, well maintained and equipped, tastefully decorated and optimally located with its beachfront. Numerous stores and restaurants are nearby and its proximity to Murrell's Inlet (great seafood) is a real plus. Something that was a first for the group was the property manager's (Harold) personal introduction to the property upon our arrival. Learning upfront how to operate the elevator, entertainment center and pool alleviated possible future problems. When one problem did arise, Harold addressed and resolved it quickly. Thank you. This is a large and well designed vacation residence which slept 14 adults and teenagers without difficulty with extra room to spare for everyone to find their own space when needed. It has a two minute walk to the beach which was not crowded, a clean private pool, a quiet location on a dead end street and a view of the ocean from the widow's walk. We preferred to make our own meals, but there are numerous restaurants within a few miles. Numerous golf courses are within a 15 to 45 minute drive; our favourites were TPC and Heritage. The residence is a bit more expensive than other third row options, but I think worth it. The owner, Harold Jackson, will relate many stories about the area and his adventures over the years in South Carolina - some of which, I expect, are even true! G.A.W.

Wow!!! I have rented several homes via VRBO over the years and this one was undoubtedly the best. We were a group of old college friends who got together for golf and beach fun. This home was a bit higher in cost than some other options in the area but gwe all agreed that the modest additional cost was the best money we ever spent. The owner was a true southern gentleman and was like having an expert local tour guide at our disposal. I mean, this guy actually fixed the A/C in my car when it failed toward the end of my 11 hour drive from NJ!! The home is huge and very tastefully decorated. Large kitchen/family room/dining area that makes for a fantastic socializing environment. Enormous decks off of each level including a tower perch that looks out over the ocean. Pool area is gorgeous and has a bar with fridge, outdoor stereo. Pool seemed larger than most homes in this area I have rented. The home was impeccably clean and well laid out. Extremely enjoyable and comfortable experience. Would be ideal for multi-family rental.

Sea Magic property was so well done I don't think you could have added another amenity. The owner Harold could not have been nicer and could not do enough for you to make sure your stay was memorable. We will be back next year Harold and thank you again for your southern hospitality. Al
