Oceanfront home with private pool, hot tub, game room, sundecks & fast WiFi

This house has it all- on the beach, plenty of room, pool and hottub. The place was clean and comfortable. Arrival/entry instructions were clear and worked without issue. The AC works great when it’s time to come in from the heat. It would be nice if there were a grill available- that’s the only thing I would change. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointed…..cleanliness was a concern. Vacas gave us some reimbursement secondary to it

The view was awesome! Relaxing stay with the family. Had everything we needed. Home is dated and could use a refresh. Appliances are old. Washer took forever to wash and rinse cycle doesn’t work. Living room Furniture has stains and needs deep cleaning. However great size and good place for a family.

Our whole week was fantastic! The house was clean and well stocked with dishes and pots and pans! The beds were all comfortable! The entry was so easy! The pool and hot tub were great! We definitely will be back again! The only thing we would suggest is leaving a couple extra rolls of toilet paper!

We met my adult kids at this property and it was a perfect vacation. The house was just like we imagined it to be. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Clean, well placed and perfect. Rebooking for next year.

When I text the local manager about the amount of damage that was there when we got there, he blew it off as no big deal. HE is the one who should have written a report on the damage we would encounter.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great to be so close to the beach and have the pool and hot tub at home as well. If the owner could add a runner or rug of some sort water absorbing item outside of the bottom exit, 2 people fell when exiting the hot tub. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and would come back!!

House was not cleaned, leftover fish bait was left in the fridge downstairs. No one went through this house to clean it, and no one inspected it after the cleaning crew left. We had to clean and vacum the entire house by ourselves. I spoke with Vacasa about getting a reimbursement for the cleaning and it has been 3 days and no one has reach out to me regarding it as they said they would. This was our second year in the same house and we wasted the first day of our vacation cleaning just as we did the year before. I’m not sure if same problem occurs with other rental companies but will definitely try using someone else next year.

It was nice to have enough room for the eight of us

The house was remote from Nag's Head, Kitty Hawk or any other tourist area. It is on the beach but has a very steep climb over the dunes. There is a boardwalk a long walk on the beach, or driving from the house that makes it easier to access the beach. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the house certainly served our needs. The kitchen has everything you would need dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. There were no condiments but we left ours for the next renter when we left. Overall, a good place to stay with family.

Not as clean as expected

My extended family of 9 stayed at this location and it was great! We enjoyed all the amenities and was plenty of room to spread out with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. I loved the large dining table that we could all sit down at and have a meal or play games! Thank you for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone!

Enjoyed our family time in this space, great location, loved being able to walk to a lot of places, beautiful beach and enjoyed pool and hottub

It was nice for all 4 couples to have a king bed and bathroom. The house is 4/5 level house with no elevator. Was tough lugging kitchen items and bags up 3/4 flights of stairs. Next door had an external lift for bags/groceries/etc.

The house was spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and shower which was a major plus! We loved the hot tub and pool. The pool heat worked well and was worth the added cost. Cleaning could have been better. It was very dusty and there were several popsicle sticks and wrappers left behind. We saw a cockroach near the pool table. The dune was extremely steep. I'm sure this helps with flooding but WOW, it was a workout walking to the beach. It was too difficult to take a beach wagon up/down the dunes.
