Oceanfront home with private pool, hot tub, decks & fast WiFi - dog-friendly

This house is in a lovely area, with a nice view of the ocean and the dune (with wildlife). It's a good house for a family - comfortable, many perks, and off the beaten path. Great for folks that want to be at the beach but without all the commercial trappings of bigger places!

Ann's Palace is a large vacation house with direct access to the beach where we went almost every day. Beach is gorgeous and not crowded. The ocean view from the deck is just incredible! It was such a pleasure to watch sunsets from there. The house is clean, with plenty of room for everybody (we were 5), and great spacious dining room/kitchen on the 3rd floor. Pool is well maintained, our kids loved it! Beautiful place to spend a vacation with family. Looking forward for a new season. Thank you so much!

Everything was broken and no one was responding to get them fixed until I threatened to start asking for a daily refund on rent. List of things broken included two toilet seats, one laying on floor when we arrived, downstairs TV, dining chair, washer, shelf in fridge. It is a long hard walk to beach over three dunes.

The house is spacious for big groups, plenty of kitchen supplies, lots of natural light, beautiful view, nice quiet area. Not the cleanest house we’ve rented, needs some TLC and updates, kitchen cabinets were hanging off hinges, standing water under kitchen sink (leak promptly fixed by mgmt company), ceiling fan in living room had thick dust, upper deck has exposed nail heads, walls and carpet have seen better days.

The view was incredible. The pool is very old looking, the carpets smelled musty, way too much carpeting for a beach house as well. Cabinets were broken. The house has major potential but needs serious updating.

Ann’s palace was absolutely wonderful. It accommodated our group with plenty of room. Was also a treat for my elderly parents - they were able to sit on the deck and still enjoy watching the ocean. I highly recommend this house!

Could use side tables on both sides of master bed. Shrubs on the left coming into covered parking could use a trim. They scratch the side of the car when entering.
