Stayed Jan 16, 2026This is a beautiful location & home. However, needs updating. We are on our way to the ER because the upstairs window that was open when we arrived was so hard to close caused our friend to injure her wrist trying to close it. The fire place only works intermittently which is a bummer.

Stayed Nov 14, 2025The layout of the house was perfect. The view is 1000 times better than the pictures show. It had the best well stocked kitchen I have ever seen for a beach house. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025The property was amazing, the views from the house are excellent and the open living space was perfect for our group. The main king sized bed was really comfortable, but the other beds were not amazing. The twin beds were really small. The two people who slept in them had their feet stick off the end.Overall, it os a well stocked, comfortable home with an amazing location!

Stayed Aug 13, 2025Great location and a delightful view of the ocean waves. Well equipped kitchen. But the experience was marred by the absurdly short and sheer curtains in the bedrooms. Passersby could see inside at night. And daylight came pouring in at dawn. And it would be an easy and not expensive fix. Disappointing in an otherwise nice place to spend a few days.

Stayed Sep 25, 2024We thought this was an excellent property. It has spacious rooms, a huge open kitchen and fun little amenities. This property has a large comfy balcony, and the view is incredible. It slept six very comfortably with ample bath space for everyone. The beach access was a bit of a challenge as it’s atop a dune, but we would stay here again.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Beautiful place! Our group of 8 adults had a wonderful vacation. The house is filled with light, with an unobstructed view of the ocean and Haystack Rock. The kitchen is large and well appointed. We spent hours on the deck enjoying the view and spotting whales. I had never been to Pacific City, and fell in love with the laid back vibe and absence of crowds one gets in Seaside, Cannon Beach, or Lincoln City. The only downside of this rental is that it is very difficult to actually get to the water, requiring a physical scramble up and down a 6 foot embankment.That being said, would definitely stay here again.
