Oceanfront home with ocean views, private washer/dryer & lower deck

Absolutely without a doubt this has been the best mini family vacation we have ever took.The directions to the property were easy and thorough,accessing the property was just as easy the view was amazing we loved how cleaned and the upkeep of the property is. We definitely loved the seclusion and how quiet and peaceful it is out there it was worth every dollar spent the restaurant's we visited were amazing the service was top tier everything about the island was amazing! We will most definitely book this house again soon !!

We loved everything about our stay! The house was clean, kitchen needs were all met, the deck and beach access was on point! We thoroughly enjoyed the bed swings on the bottom deck for our shaded needs! This was the best weather, calmest and clearest water in our three years of visiting the island! We saw dolphins, lots of fish jumping throughout the day, fishing opportunities, few jellyfish and even caught some hermit crabs! We had a fabulous stay and can’t wait to return next year!

Great vacation home rental! Check-in, check-out pricess was quick and easy. Home was comfortable and spacious, had a well stocked kitchen with lots of prep space and quality appliances. Great uninterupted views of the gulf, with both covered and open seating areas on the large deck. The house is very close to the ocean, so you don't need to lug a lot of stuff to the beach... you can just hop back to the house to refill your drink, grab a snack, etc.

Our family stayed for 1 week and had a good time. The house was very clean upon arrival. The house could have been furnished with a few more household supplies for the size of the house and the number of people it could accommodate. These items were needed: several more kitchen towels (more than 2), more dishwasher detergent (tiny bottle supplied), a drying rack for hand-washed items (none supplied), more than 2 kitchen trash bags, more trash sacks for the bathroom trashes, sharp knives (all were dull), kitchen storage containers like Pyrex or Rubbermaid for leftover food (none supplied). There was a broken coffee cup in the kitchen cupboard. Several kitchen tiles and tiles outside the laundry room were broken, and the refrigerator was set so cold that it froze our food stored in the back.

This house was amazing. Perfect for families. Check-in was easy. Staff was quick to respond. Plan to return soon

This was the worst experience I have had. There were multiple problems with the property including a carpet in the main room that was loose with edges turned up that caused people to trip and a staircase that was lower on one side than the other which also caused people to fall. One of the toilets was loose and rocked back and forth. The TV and internet did not work. Nothing was said in advance that if you parked in the designated location and the tide was extremely high your car could become flooded and/or sanded in. I have made multiple attempts to contact VACASA but no one will contact me back.

It was a much needed vacation for our family, very peaceful experience, the house had everything we needed and more! We had a spot for ourselves on the beach and it brought our family together in the best way! Thank you!

This is just a great property. You’re literally on the beach and can see the other side of the island from the front porch. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. It’s got a large appropriately sized television set for that group movie watching. The beds are fabulous, it’s beautifully appointed. Worth every penny.

Beautiful location, house was very nice! Needed parking permit which was never supplied even after 3 requests, but didn't get towed so okay.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house was very comfortable with beautiful ocean views! We will be back!
