Oceanfront Home with Direct Beach Access & Stunning Views in Emerald Isle

Overall it was a great stay

Really liked this property. Stunning views! Very child friendly. What we loved: 1. The play area under the stairs. My granddaughter stayed in that whenever we were in the house. 2. The number of beds and bathrooms were great for us. 3. Decor was very attractive and beachy. 4. Great location and quiet neighborhood 5. Outdoor showers were wonderful! Especially with the children. We were able to completely de sand before we went upstairs.6. We loved that we had a washer and dryer in the house! 7. Loved that the bathtowels and wash clothes were included. What we wished was a little better:1. Grill outside, which we had planned to use, was very dirty from whoever had used it before us. We didn't want to clean it so it was unusable to us.2. Since we couldn't grill, we thought we would broil in the oven, however, the bottom 1/2 of the broiler pan was missing so we couldn't cook our meal in there. We had planned to cook a few meals but decided not to since we didn't have the right equipment. 3. Downstairs bathroom door wouldn't close correctly but we were able to do it if a second person pushed the bottom corner of the door into the frame while the person inside shut it. As you can see, pluses far outnumbered minuses. We had a nice time and would definitely consider renting this unit again!

Our Beach House was wonderful. Emerald Island was a beautiful destination. The weather could not have been more spectacular. The mini golf, the souvenir shopping, and the restaurants were all easily accessible. My family thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and having fun just talking. It was a great vacation!

This is our second year staying at Cassimir East, and my family absolutely loves it. We have been vacationing in Emerald Isle for seven years and have always stayed in homes off of Coast Guard Road. Cassimir East is by far our favorite. From its proximity to the Pointe to the dunes deer that greeted us each morning and evening make this home an absolute gem. Thank you for sharing it !!

House was a great location- with just a few hundred feet to the sand. We loved that we could check in early. The AC went out in the garage area and Jane had it fixed as soon as she could. The weather was great and made memories to last a lifetime.

We had a great time and the house was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed! The downstairs was great for the kids! Also enjoyed the rabbit and deer!

Came for spring break. It was a great location and property. The kitchen was stocked with so many things for cooking we were able to find everything we needed plus some. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location is excellent,steps away from the beach, views everywhere! House was well furnished, clean and welcoming. My family loved everything about it. Celebrated 2 birthdays while we were there, is a special place.

Great location and great weather made for the perfect week with our children. Beautiful sunrises and beach walks. Very quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to marketing and eateries. The home is very comfortable and owner super nice!

Carpets and floors could be a bit cleaner, but what beach house couldn’t? The dryer didn’t work during our stay but the owner communicated quickly and tried her best to remedy the problem. The property is ocean front, but a few yards from the neighborhood access so the beach can get busy at times. Overall a great experience! I would definitely stay again!

Needs a little update, but so does my house lol

Our family vacation at Cassimir East was fantastic. It's obvious the hosts take great pride in their homeand care about the renter's experience. The location could not be better...right on the beach, a quick walk to the neighborhood pool, and a short drive to restaurants, ice cream, water park, etc. Our family had such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Cassimer East was a great place for our group (3 families of 4). You can't beat the location...direct beach access, 2 driveways down from the pool, and 1 mile from main Emerald Isle strip. The house was clean and had all amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

Our family loved this home for our vacation to Emerald Isle!! The location is great, neighborhood is quiet, and the house is right on the oceanfront. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Our kids LOVED all the beach toys and books that were in the house. We had a great time and will hopefully be back in the future!

Absolutely loved everything about this property. The view is spectacular! We were blessed to be there during a full moon, and the reflection off of the water was breathtaking. Its location was perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked - it had everything we needed to cook for a group of 10. We will most definitely stay again.

This was a great property for a family of all ages. The view of the beach can be seen from any angle of the family/dining room. The pool and playground area are just short walk and the surrounding neighborhood was pleasant. The owner was responsive with all questions and helpful. Highly recommend this house.
