Everything was in great condition, We noticed the upgrades. We are already thinking about returning. We enjoyed our stay completely. I highly recommend it!

Perfect home, AWESOME stocked kitchen. Never had a kitchen so well stocked with nice things. Rooms were all great, we had absolutely no complaints. Even the twins loved it. The porch was used so very much also. Enjoyed our coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evening. And can’t brag enough about the driveway. You won’t regret staying here.

We live the place. Only thing is they had to order a new filter for the ac. It was ok with us. Just around 5pm it was warm. We would recommend this house to anyone. Our 3rd yr there. The owners and vrbo is amazing.

My husband, myself and our chihuahua enjoyed our time at the house. The high ceiling brings in all natural light and the great view of the ocean. The location of the house is perfect. The powder white sand from the back patio to the beach feels amazing. We loved it and plan to come back soon.

We had a great week! The house is clean and spacious, as well as having everything you need for a comfortable stay. Being right on the beach was beyond convenient, and the views from inside were beautiful! The local shops and restaurants had anything extra we needed, and everyone we encountered was very friendly. Nate was wonderful with communication. We highly recommend Dune It Well and hope to stay again!

Location is fantastic! Beach is beautiful and you are on the beach. Family-centric area. Spacious home. Property is showing some wear and tear from previous renters but nothing that bothered us. WiFi allowed me to take Teams video calls. Beds were comfortable. No complaints. Would recommend property

Property was great and just as described. Perfect location! Tv went out while we were there and owner was very responsive to try to resolve it. Got snowed in so was nice to enjoy the house and all of its amenities. Would definitely plan to go back!

We stayed for a week and left the house once to get ice. That’s how great this place is! The home is spacious, well laid out, fully stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed spending time inside to take a break from the sun just as much as we enjoyed the beach! The beach is absolutely wonderful, since it’s straight off the back porch. Because it’s between two access points, there’s not many people in the ~300 yards in front of the house. We brought our dog and he had an absolutely wonderful time too

This was our second year renting this property. The view and distance to the beach is hard to beat! House is large and very roomy. Kitchen is well stocked. We loved spending time on the very large deck when we weren't on the beach, we seen dolphins several mornings.

So convenient to the ocean. It’s just like going out to your back yard. Might have been too close because my husband opted to sit on the deck to watch the ocean instead of joining us on the beach. Spent evenings on the deck having the night ocean breeze cool us off. We all had a great time. Response time with owner was quick.

Me and my family can’t thank Nate enough for sharing his home with us! We had so much fun staying directly on the beach. Gave us hope to someday own a house on the beach. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more! My teenage daughter really enjoyed the fact she could stay out on the beach when we came to the house but could still keep an eye on her. Second year renting the house. It is awesome. Lots of room for everyone. The view is amazing. Just walk out the door to the beach. Would recommend staying at this location. Away from all the crowds already booked for next year.
