This two-story home is the main house on a waterfront property that it shares with a separate apartment. Walk home from a day spent gallery-hopping in town to be greeted by a beautiful front deck overlooking the cove - a lovely spot for sharing lobster rolls from Boothbay Lobster Wharf down the street.

Inside, find a living room with large windows, where you can play board games and stream movies on the flatscreen TV each evening. There's also a well-equipped kitchen and a gas grill for the nights you're not eating out, dining tables both inside and outside, and a propane firepit with a commanding view of the water (which is shared with guests in the apartment).
