House was fantastic! Rooms were clean! Plenty of space. Some of the best views from your balcony that I’ve ever seen.

Overall this is a beautiful home with many amenities. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong on rainy days, and the beach on sunny days. My only request would be more bath towels and kitchen towels as we had to wash them daily. The driveway is on a fairly steep incline which is hard to tell in the pictures but is very doable if you have no ambulatory issues.

Great location, minutes to great restaurants, groceries, but private and quiet.

The house was beautiful, well appointed and right on the beach. It was just as advertised. Communication with the owner was very quick and thorough making the check in and check out processes easy. My family all had a wonderful time.

Location and property were excellent. Had a small delay in check in process as cleaners were still there. Home is superb and very clean! Location is excellent right on the beach.Only real issue is a new grill is needed as we couldn’t cook out as planned as all the knobs don’t work to change temperature, the host said someone would come out immediately but it was a no show.

We loved our time at North Ocean Side, near the Palm Coast. The home was spotlessly clean and the kitchen very well-equipped with new appliances. The view of the ocean was enhanced by mature foliage which framed the ocean view from the living areas. Very important aesthetically. We enjoyed the beach chairs, plentiful beach towels, and surfing boards. The waves were wonderful and everyday we had the beach to ourselves! The layout in the main area was ideal and intelligently planned. We especially like the dining room table which could seat 10 easily, although we were only 6. Many places which can house 10 guests have very small dining tables. This was not the case here. We would definitely consider returning. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. I recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! Extended our stay. I would love to return soon.

My family and I had a great stay. The communication with the rental company was great. We had a little issue with the pots and pans, they resolved it very quickly and brought us new ones. The house is pretty much like the pictures and explanations. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. You are right on the beach. It was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such an amazing time! The house was lovely, and waking up to the sound of waves crashing was wonderful. I have only two small critics: One is that there was no window treatments in the master bathroom that faces the main road, nor in the kitchen. When the sun was setting it was difficult to be in the kitchen cooking because the sun was blaring into our eyes. The other small suggestion is full length mirrors in the bedrooms so you can see what you look like when your getting ready. We thank you for letting us use your house for the weekend. We would definitely book again.

A beautiful home right on the beach. The property owner/management addressed 1 or 2 issues we brought up within an hour or two. This was an amazing vacation for us during a difficult health year. Just what we needed! Terrific!!

Amazing view of ocean from just about anywhere in the house, very clean home with any amenities you might need. We were very comfortable and happy with the house! We would totally like to come back for another stay!

We enjoyed this spacious property. The children had plenty of room to play. The beach is extremely private and it was so nice to have no driving and extremely few walkers go by. Very comfortable mattresses! Numerous TVs to stream Sling (included) or sign into other apps with your own membership.credentials. The table tennis and pool table were a bonus. We would love to return sometime.

Great time, fun stay. Short but sweet. They have everything you need and more. Every room has a view. It’s also close to town so that makes CA it easy .

We had a great time and the property was very nice!!! We liked it so much that we just booked it for our beach week vacation next year!!! Alina was a wonderful host and was very prompt and helpful any time we needed her help.

We enjoyed the amenities this house had to offer, particularly since the weather for most of our stay didn't permit us to go to the beach. Very roomy and comfortable home with fabulous views. One problem we had was when it rained, we couldn't sit on the lowest deck since the rain came through the deck above. Most people won't have that issue....hopefully! The pool table and ping pong table helped to keep us entertained during the rainy weather. We would stay here again.

We were blown away with how wonderful this property was! It was the perfect place for our whole family to get together. We had grandchildren that experienced their first time on the beach there! The bedrooms, living space, activity room (garage) were all perfect for our group. I would highly recommend staying at this property!
