Oceanfront cottage; clean, modern, and close!! Play, rest, restore...

The house is full of thoughtful details. Very comfortable beds, lots of high-pressure hot water in the shower. The furniture is all very comfortable. The kitchen so well appointed you could host Thanksgiving as is. The sink-side filtered water faucet is great, most beach homes suffer from funny tasting water—not here! We will stay here again for sure. Can't wait!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very communicative and welcoming and the unit itself is in the perfect location and very well kept. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset and the easy access right out to the beach. Could not have asked for a better visit and hope to stay there again in the future!

Great little beach house! Right on the ocean. Well appointed, comfy beds, nice showers. Biggest improvement would be a nicer grille. We brought the small propane bottles but it would not stay lit.

Very responsive and hospitable host. A great place to have some downtime with amazing views and access to beach.

The oceanfront view was perfect from the deck as well as inside! Kitchen was modern with great amenities. The king bed was very comfortable. Great pelican flights and diving. 3 big screen tvs. Lots of shells on the shore. Occasional shrimp boat passing with hundreds of birds trailing. Car protected under the cottage with convenient hose right by it.

This is an absolutely amazing cottage and beautiful location. You can sit on the deck and feel like you're sitting right on the beach. The accommodations are perfect. They absolutely thought of everything you need or want to enjoy your stay. I will be staying here again for sure.

I love this property. It’s my second stay. The only thing I’d complain about is the primary bath shower. The shower l head is way too high, making it hard to reach and not an ideal spray. Otherwise I can’t praise it enough overall.

This rental was perfect for our family vacation. This was our first time in Emerald Isle and I had read so many reviews and looked at so many listings and this one was everything and more. If you are hesitant, don't be! The house had everything we needed - washer/ dryer, plenty of kitchen space, couch space, and the separate pantry closet was nice to keep all the snacks organized. Kitchen had everything needed down to the measuring cups/ pasta strainer. Booking/ communication/ cleanliness was never an issue. Back deck views were gorgeous, and you are literally steps to the warm sand. We practically had the beach to ourselves, not an overcrowded part of the island and the kids could run and scream and not have a care in the world. Had beach chairs provided, plenty of sand toys in the deck box, and a grill. A short drive in either direction gave ample opportunity for food or activities. We LOVED the amazing week this house/location gave us and cannot wait to book for next year!

ShoreBreak Right is a great place for a small family to enjoy a reasonable price for a beachfront experience. My kids are almost 5yrs and almost 3yrs and the 2 bedroom, 2 bath setup was perfect. The kids both said that the place felt like home. The house had everything we needed. The beach chairs being there was great because we didn’t have to mess with bringing them or renting. The EV charger was also amazing because we recently switched to electric. We already booked our next stay at ShoreBreak. Love it!

The bed in the spare bedroom is not good for an adult it should be a full or queen The pillows also need to be replaced

Everything was awesome!! The unit was exceptionally clean, we had everything we needed, the beach was beautiful. The atmosphere was very family orientated. I loved it!! My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay another week.

Shorebreak is a gem. Location, cleanliness, comfort are all a 10. Communication was also a 10. We experienced snow and very low temperatures, but they were great about getting someone to the property to clear the snow. The sunrises/sunsets were amazing and the daily frolicking of the dolphins was just wonderful. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay at this lovely property. Amazing views, comfy beds, nicely appointed. You could hardly get closer to the beach! We pretty much had the beach to ourselves staying in early Dec and that was fine by us. And the Aquarium is a short drive up the road - check it out.

Even though we stayed here during storm Debby, our family had such a good time, and much of that enjoyment was because of the property and unit. The house was super clean, modern and cozy, but not cramped. The furnishings were all very functional, shower and bath had nice water pressure, and appliances were top notch. I mention water pressure because some homes we stayed at along the coast were very weak. The best part is the non stop view of the ocean, the beach is just paces from the deck. The details that Nicole thought of is amazing: extra chargers and USB ports, Hexclad cookware, extra drawers and storage, garage freshwater hose, foot and body shower, boogie and surf boards, chairs, and great seating on deck that is perfect with a view and an old fashioned. Also, the beds are super comfy, like other reviewers have said, ceiling fans on ceilings to add some air circulation on the sticky days, easy thermostat to control, and labels on everything to let you know what controls what (fan, lights). Moreover, there were 2 sofa covers that the owner had ready for us (we brought our pup, who was in dog heaven), and they came in handy. They had so many games to play (Debby rain came and went), and we were never bored. Our A/C conked out one day, and we told Nicole; the A/C tech came out same day and fixed it and we were good to go! Nicole made our stay so easy and comfortable, even during an epic tropical storm. We want to be back!

This place was everything I was hoping it would be. It was clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen. Everything we needed was provided, including beach chairs and beach towels. Most importantly to me, it was right on the beach with direct beach access. We spent a lot of time sitting on the beautiful deck watching the dolphins, dogs, shrimp boats, while enjoying the sea breeze. Our week couldn’t have been better.
