Oceanfront Contemporary Home - Breathtaking Views

The house was lovely, and decorated for Christmas with fresh flowers, poinsettia plants, lights and decor...so welcoming and cheery. The beds were comfy and it was so great to wake up to an ocean view every morning. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had promptly. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Sandwich. Everything was perfect. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with anything you could possibly need. Susan was an excellent host, incredibly responsive, and she shared some great restaurant recommendations that we really enjoyed. It was a relaxing Thanksgiving getaway with friends, and we’d absolutely stay here again.

The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, well-organized and exactly as described. Location, oceanfront and marsh views were spectacular. Off-season is the best time of year on the Cape, we had the beach to ourselves and the daily hikes from Springhill brook/beach to Scorton Harbor and Craven’s Landing were fantastic. Better yet, town restaurants and grocery stores were only 10-15 minutes from the front door. Susan is a wonderful host.

Great location and great house! You've got the ocean on one side and wetlands on the other - absolutely beautiful. The house is well equipped and comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay.Though the stunning ocean view from the master bedroom will make you want to hang out all day, the property is well located if you want to go to Plymouth, Provincetown, Boston or even head up to Maine.Highly recommended.

This was truly the perfect beach house. We had such a wonderful time. Views are jaw-dropping. It's a spectacular home. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped. A home-away-from home.

Our second stay at Susan's beautiful home. All communication by text and email couldn't have gone smoother. The home is directly on the ocean in a private neighborhood with only a couple of dozen stairs leading to the beach. The home itself is modern with all of the necessary amenities. You just bring yourselves and anything you need from sheets, towels in the bed and bath to mixers and food processors in the kitchen. A new highly efficient grill made BBQ on the deck a breeze. Everything in the home is updated and modern. The beds are also extremely comfortable. I can't say enough good things about our experience. The game warden was always on the bay side because of bird and animal breeding. We were advised to be careful on that side with the dog because of ticks. So, we just walked on the beach instead. No worries. Anyway, 5 star place, 5 star stay.

The property, location, and property manager are wonderful! Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back to this property again and highly recommend it to others!

From the pictures, we were excited to see the house we rented. However when we arrived at the location we were absolutely blown away. The home was decorated with fresh flowers in almost every room. The kitchen was STOCKED and the bedrooms were absolutely delightful. Susan was amazing to communicate with and everything inside and outside of the house was top notch and first class. We never wanted to leave!We felt like we were staying on our own private beach. It was absolutely amazing and we will 100 % be back and ABSOLUTELY without a doubt rent this home from Susan again. Don’t hesitate. If this house is available, rent it immediately. You will not be disappointed !!

We were blown away by the property and how beautifully decorated it was. There’s everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay. We had the beach to ourselves and the sound of the ocean was so peaceful! Susan was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back

Greatly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive to any requests that we had. The view of Cape Cod bay is fantastic.

I couldn't say enough positive things about this absolutely stunning property or it's gracious host. We brought our children to Sandwich to spend a beautiful week on the beach vacationing in Cape Cod, and ended the week with an intimate elopement on the beach right outside the home. The host went above and beyond for us (and was so kind!), and we even chatted with the lovely neighbors. The house is immaculately decorated and inviting and the views/location is incomparable. Highly highly recommend.

We had great expectations for our vacation at this house and the host and house exceeded those lofty expectations! This spot checked all of the boxes for our family. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Calming ocean waves and breezes. Ample remote work space for those inescapable check-ins. Nightly fire pits on the beach. Beach games, puzzle and board games space. Impeccably decorated living spaces, and a master bathroom to die for! Preparing food was a cinch with a kitchen stocked with every convenience. Ample shade, and the spacious wrap around porch provided the ability to move into warmer or cooler temperatures depending on your preference. Even the one rain event we had was an enjoyable outdoor living experience. We can’t wait to go back!

This beautiful home provided the perfect Cape vacation spot for my family and our dogs (allowed by permission of owner)! The home itself is beautifully built with amazing features such as the open concept loving space, beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, large windows to catch the sunset, and wrap around porch. The central AC is amazing and necessary for hot sunny days, and all mattresses were firm and comfortable. The owner has put so much though into making this feel more like a home, rather than a bare-bones rental, and we were surprised to see how well-stocked the kitchen is (pans, pots, Tupperware, flatware, foil, etc) and the rest of the home for anything you could imagine (beach towels, extra blankets, etc). The owner is extremely responsive and met us for key drop off—she even filled the house with fresh flowers for our stay which was a lovely touch. We stayed for a week at the end of May and had great weather, though we did experience part of the black fly season so recommend bringing some bug lamps. We still enjoyed deck and loved the semi-private beach that is accessible via stairs (our dogs had no problem with them) and laid out for days on the sandy parts—the beach is partly rocky so bring water shoes! Water is calm and perfect for families with small children, and on the other side of the house is beautiful marshland that you can walk by or see from the porch. All in all, highly recommend this listing and we would book again.
