Welcome to Belmont Towers 407. This spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo provides a perfect retreat from all the action. Guests enjoy a beautiful family room with a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV/DVD, gas fireplace, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. Have a seat and relax with a drink while enjoying the amazing ocean, beach, and boardwalk views - stunning at sunrise! A well-equipped kitchen makes mealtime a pleasure with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island. A gas fireplace and free WiFi round out this lovely condo's amenities.

Stroll to the beach for a day fun in the sand, or stay home to indulge in Belmont's state-of-the-art amenities, which include a rooftop pool (with saltwater filtration system), 11,000 sq. ft. sundeck, putting green, fitness center, and sauna. Best of all, you can forget about the stress of battling (and paying) for a parking spot! Park your car in Belmont's gated, covered garage and leave it there because you're already where the action is! You'll be only steps away from the beach, Boardwalk, restaurants, and rides.

THINGS TO KNOW
The swimming pool is operated by the complex and we have no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open.
In the event guest cancels their reservation we will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If we are able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    The photos do not do the place justice at all. We were 5 adults away celebrating a birthday weekend and had plenty of space and the best location. Parking was perfect with the reserved spots check-in/out process easy (office location is a little out the way but not bad). Overall I would 100% stay here again and have recommended to other friends for summer in OC

    We stayed here two summers ago and went with a different unit last year and were very happy to come back to 407! The location so close to everything is perfect. It's not technically ocean front but still great views without a ton of extra noise. It was nice to see that the east-facing windows were replaced so the views were completely clear! The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen and no issues at all with hot water or water pressure. Also, likely the best parking spaces in the entire building! It's nice that they are both kind of on their own so you're not having to worry about people who don't know how to park in the lines or who drive large trucks or SUVs that don't really fit in one single space. For people new to this unit, the first floor is actually up the ramp because they consider the entry floor as ground. Overall it was a great week. It's nice to see that the owners took some previous comments to heart and upgraded a little over the past two years. We will definitely be back next summer!

    Nice place to stay, a little expensive but what isn't anymore! Plenty of room for the four of us! Fairly clean and maintained, about what you would expect for a rental. Easily felt like home away from home. Having designated parking spots was nice knowing you don't have to hunt for one every time you return.

    Property is located near the end of the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. If you wish to go parasailing it is a 3 minute walk to the bay side in a straight shot on Talbot St.

    Nice location. Close to everything in ocean city. Room was nice at face value but dirty on arrival. Dishwasher leaked with every use. Main sliding door fell apart mid week. Nobody was ever sent to fix sliding door despite multiple requests.

    This was advertised as Ocean FRONT but it is NOT. It is Ocean View and even that is not true from inside the windows seal are broken and fogged. The unit is run down and looks and feels used. Not worth the high rent they ask, you can get much nicer real ocean front, look elsewhere. The location is great but even the building is in need of maintenance it too looks dirty and worn. I have stayed at the real oceanfront condos in this building that are beautiful and well maintained this unit is NOT.
