The Space:

Step inside and feel right at home at Sand & Sea, a bright, beach-inspired 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo tucked along South Virginia Dare Trail, Nags Head's famed Beach Road. The open-concept layout flows from a comfortable living area into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to spend the morning lingering over coffee and the evening gathered around the table after a day by the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a lovely meal at home, including cookware, utensils, and dishware. There is both an elevator (under maintenance until Memorial Day - May 26th) and a luggage lift.



Bedroom 1 features a king bed, full dresser, generous closet space, smart TV, and an en suite bath with a shower. Step through sliding doors onto your private deck to take in ocean breezes and the soothing sound of the waves.



Bedroom 2 is ideal for kids or adults. This room includes bunk beds, an additional queen bed, a dresser, closet, and smart TV.



There is a full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo.



The communal pool is within sight, and it is just a short walk to the private beach access. For convenience, there is shared laundry on site and a communal closet for beach item storage.

Known for towering sand dunes in Jockey's Ridge State Park and along the coastline, Nags Head is a beach town on North Carolina's Outer Banks. A variety of shops, restaurants, and other excursions are available in addition to the natural environment.



Note: A beach nourishment project is underway in Nags Head through summer 2026 and may temporarily affect the beach near this property.
