Oceanfront Cayucos Cottage on the sand

Great house for a family gathering in the days after Christmas! The house is well appointed and the setting on the beach is amazing. We had beautiful sunsets each night and morning walks on the beach. The town of Cayucos is charming, great coffee and restaurants and the beach is stunning. We look forward to returning!

Had a fantastic time. The place is nice, it had everything we needed. The host is very responsive. I would stay there again.

Great beach house for our family, Very clean and good amenities. Some better pictures of the rooms and layout of the upstairs, downstairs and outside would help with trip planning. The view is spectacular.

So blessed to have stayed here! This was the FIRST family vacation with our kids AND grandchildren! It was the perfect location, and the space was perfect for all 3 families( adults had their own room and kids stayed together in their own room). We had amazing weather and there was plenty of beach gear to sit on or play with. We never lacked for anything! We were thankful to be able to do our laundry there and ate most meals in with a well stocked (with utensils etc)kitchen. Two families came from Texas and it was well worth the trip! We are planning for next year already!

Comfortable and clean accommodations, accurate description of amenities, easy communication, perfect weather, topped with whales and dolphins every evening, best stay-cation ever. Beach access is safe and convenient, kids enjoyed the boogie boards, parents enjoyed the beach chairs. We are grateful this home is available and would not hesitate to rent again.

We visited in June with our extended family to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. We had 4 adult couples and one child. We had plenty of space and did not feel crowded. We hosted dinners with our extended family and had everything we needed. The host was exceptional. We discovered that the barbecue was not functional, and within a few hours he delivered a brand new one. All of our family enjoyed all of the spaces provided. A beautiful deck area for people that were not able to make it down to the beach and a second lower patio and fire pit. We enjoyed the beautiful beach views out of the large front windows every morning and our 10-year-old was ecstatic about the convenient beach access. Overall wonderful stay and we would definitely return.

Perfect everything was perfect . Loved the downstairs bedroom walking out onto a beautiful porch over looking the ocean.

Awesome beach house

Really amazing view, right on the beach, with a responsive and gracious host. We loved the gourmet kitchen, great room and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Notes: the wifi didn’t really work, nor did the fire pit and fireplace. The view more than made up for it. Highly recommended!

Kids loved the beach!

We enjoyed our stay over the Labor Day holiday. Our family loved the house, the view, being right on the beach! The house was wonderful. Communication with the hostess started off a little bit delayed but once we got going, it was great. We would enjoy staying there again.!

I don’t think I can explain just how perfect this hothouse beach house was for our family! The location, the amenities! We are planning on it being an annual thing! It really was all we could’ve asked for and more! Thnku for everything!!

This house was fabulous! We loved being there over the 4th. We enjoyed the evening fire pit time, the access to the beach. The house was fully equipped, very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation.

We had an amazing time during our stay in Cayucos. The location was beautiful and we had plenty of room for all of the family visiting for our son’s graduation. I hope to come back in three years for my youngest son’s graduation as well.
