Oceanfront beach home with hammock and porch swing located at North Litchfield Beach.

The property was exactly as described but to our delight, cleaner than expected. We had plenty of room. We cooked every night and while the kitchen was not fancy it was perfectly functional. The screened porch with rockers and hammock were perfect. We watched the sun rise over the ocean every morning. The beach was quiet and beautiful. We took advantage of the linen service and it was totally worth it! It was so nice not having to haul sheets and towels back and forth. We will absolutely repeat this trip in the future.

This small property was the perfect choice for our full week at the beach. Reservations and all communication with Dunes what's seamless. House is perfectly located on the beach and the interior is old but very nice. The primary bedroom and bath, and living area are especially nice. The two extra bedrooms with twin beds are extremely small. We were very glad that we didn't invite another couple to go with us . However the rooms would be great for small kids . The exterior is more than a little rugged :-)! The screen porch was missing a whole section of screen and had multiple holes. However, we had no issues with bugs or mosquitoes while we were there. As far as the downstairs bedroom, we could not imagine ourselves or anyone we know comfortably sleeping down there. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous location with a very nice beach in front of the property…had a few minor maintenance issues that were addressed promptly. While it would have been nice to have had a better equipped kitchen as well as updated living areas our group was on the easy to access beach most of the time.

This adorable beach house is right where you want it to be. On one of the nicest stretches of beach on central sc coast. Campy and admittedly modest- this place fit the bil for three couples on a long weekend. Just right!
