It has built-in bench seating and an outdoor shower to easily rinse off after an afternoon or sunset walk on the beach. There is also plenty of seating for your entire family and group to relax on the covered front and back porches! Downstairs on the ground level is where you will find the remodeled laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and covered parking for two vehicles.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
