The house was absolutely beautiful. The view was gorgeous and the beach was soft sand. Everything you could need is provided with the house! We really enjoyed our time there.

House had everything we needed....The fireplace was great on a storm weekend. The view is amazing... Right On the beach. Short beach walk to food, drinks, shopping.

The host, Katie, was quick to respond to any inquiries. The kitchen was well supplied with tools, pans, dishes, and even basic spices. Appliances are on the newer side. The furniture was comfortable though the bed and pillows we had were too firm for us. Having the garage available was a real plus. And the view - never got tired of the view - and the easy beach walk to Cape Kiwanda.

Great views! House was clean & well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, lots of towels , lots of entertaining spaces. It would be nice if they had better cutting boards & sharper knives. I almost cut myself on the glass cutting board & dull knife while cutting an onion. Throw blankets would be nice for the cooler months on the deck. Thank you!!

We loved our stay for two nights . We had four adults and two children. Everyone had lots of space. We had great time cooking, playing, games, and walking on the beach and hanging out on the beach. It had everything we needed well equipped. The best part was the view and the beach. There was nothing bad about the place. The only comment is on the wraparound deck. There were some nail heads missing and the nails were sharp, so need to be fixed. I would definitely stay there again. It’s perfect for a group of 6 people. We were amazed at how well equipped it was. We really had everything covered that we needed.

This house is great! The rooms are good sized and the furniture comfortable. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean and Haystack rock with miles of beach to walk. There is a significant sand dune to navigate if you access the beach directly from the house.

This house has amazing views and you can’t ask for better beach access. The dune is steep down to the ocean, so elderly family may find it challenging to get all the way down. The front deck is lovely to sit on and watch the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked and much more modern than the rest of the house. The beds were comfortable, and as advertised. The rest of the house is oddly laid out and very out of date, but everything was functional. A couple odd things for us, there was half some old ice cream sandwiches in the freezer, a piece of un-eaten cake and a piece of fudge left on top of the fridge, it was rotten and smelled odd. I am guessing the cleaning crew missed that somehow, I am tall so noticed it right away. There was also a half broken glass in the cupboard which I cut my hand on when reaching in for a cup. Again, probably a cleaning or inventory miss. Not big deals, but for 800/night, I’d hope for a more thorough cleaning assessment. Overall we really enjoyed our stay despite a few minor oddities.

This house was perfect for our family of 7! The view cannot be beat and we loved being right on the ocean. The house had everything we needed and we truly loved our stay!

We spent the weekend in PC and this house was the icing on the cake! The views were incredible and the location was great too! Enough room for 6 of us. We really enjoyed our stay. Can’t think of anything wrong.

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and will rebook again! You can’t beat the view and location with family and friends. Beds were comfortable and clean. It could be updated…, wallpaper, newer towels in the upstairs bathroom…but the house was clean and had everything we needed! We appreciated the shampoo and body wash in the shower and a full tank for the BBQ! The internet connection was SOOOO slow, but it was 4th of July weekend so the entire town had poor internet! Great communication from the property management!! Love this house!

This was our 2nd stay at this comfy house. I hope it's never updated (increasing the cost) and appreciate that it's clean, welcoming and well stocked with towels and kitchen wares. Great stay - thank you once again!

What a pleasant surprise to be able to pull into the garage to unload all our things, bonus! Great access to the sand, gorgeous views of the beach and Haystack rock from a bank of windows, and a deck all along the side of the beach side of the house. Nice newer dishwasher. Thank you for the aluminum foil and plastic wrap because we forgot our own!! Honeycomb blinds upstairs, amenities in showers. Very clean rooms/bathrooms. Check-out was a breeze!Negatives (which are all easily fixable) would be that the wifi was awful in the afternoon/evenings, the dining room light bulbs weren't very bright, both shower pans didn't have anything non-slip and were quite slippery, small rugs in bathrooms in front of sink and shower were slippery and a tripping hazard, lighted numbers for clock/temperature on the stove/oven were almost all out and you couldn't read, the blender did not work very well, and there was no 9x13 baking dish that we could find (but we were able to use 2 different sized glass dishes).

Loved staying in this house, we had an incredible time. Bonus, the manager was responsive and friendly.

We had the most magnificent stay at this oceanfront property. We were able to enjoy the beach for three sunny days…shocking. The property truly falls into the “location, location, location” rule…the rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Would happily stay at this property again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this house. Great accommodations, the best view and walking distance to the Pelican and big sand hill! We love it there.

Location and views are stunning and we had great access to the beach right outside our door. Kitchen had everything our group needed, except a corkscrew. :) Also we had no luck getting the heat on downstairs but used the fireplace. We all agreed it's a place we'd rebook!

This was a comfortable and spacious house with a delightful view. Highly recommend.

The house was very comfortable and very well equipped. There was plenty of space for the six of us, all cousins over the age of 63. The view cannot be beat and there is plenty of seating in the house and on the generously sized deck from which to enjoy the incredible view Would we stay here again? Absolutely. We have just a couple of small points: the downstairs shower is very slippery and needs a grab bar; and, the base of the interior stairs needs to have some kind of useful handrail. Also, we had problems opening and closing the lock box where the key was kept.

The location and views do not get much better than this. However, no gate code was provided before check in and the pics listed are as if you can just walk out onto a flat beach. We are an older group of ladies so the hill made it difficult to enjoy walking on the beach for some.

We loved Pacific City, and the access from the house to the beach. We loved the view from the windows. Comfortable beds and couches. It was outdated and needed a deep cleaning. One thing you might check on, the upstairs shower was leaking into the laundry room sink. We had a great time.

Property management was super easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond to a couple requests we had. Even though the decor is a bit older, it was very clean and well furnished. I’d stay there again.

We’ve stayed at many VRBO homes over the past decade and this was a good one. Now a retiree and full-time homemaker that loves her cleaning supplies and spends loads of time in the kitchen, I was immediately at home in this house because the kitchen welcomed me! It was well stocked with basic pantry items to plentiful, lightweight Corelle dishes - my favorite, cleaning supplies, kitchen linens, pots and pans and a quiet dishwasher. And then of course, the VIEW. NICE. Even from the kitchen sink window. The space, the beds, the tables, were comfortable for our family of six, four adults and two children. Having the master bedroom on the main floor was also a plus as my husband isn’t a stair climber. The only discomfort was slow or sometimes completely off internet. Also available were beach chairs, sand toys and a sled for the kids - to slide down the dunes - so fun - much appreciated. Thank you.

Beautiful views of the coastline, plenty of space, and easy check-in, check-out. Would happily rent again!
