This is one of the most amazing oceanfront houses! Perfect for a large group and time on the beach is amazing!

The stay was fantastic, from the spacious floor plan to all the bedrooms available for my family and friends. It was the perfect location to spend the holidays with loved ones. We had an amazing time on the beach, even with the crisp fall weather, and the view was absolutely priceless.

Terrific location. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Easily accommodated 14 people. Enough kitchen utensils and cooking equipment to make large meals. There were sand toys for the kid, shibumi shaded 2, boogie boards and kites. The interior was beautiful , the beds comfortable, bathrooms clean. The owner was responsive when contacted.I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful house! Great access to the beach and very roomy for a family gathering. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities. The views are incredible. The host was super responsive and kind.

This is our second year staying at this beautiful house and it is OUR FAVORITE. We are a family of 16 people. The house is accommodating, clean, well laid out, and cared for. The best part of this home is how the owner is so easy to contact and check in with. They make the entire stay so lovely. They also make sure to include beach chairs, boogie boards, and even a shibumi! Highly recommend. It's such a great house!!!

Spacious and highly functional for a large group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and access to the beach cannot be beat. The house overall is showing signs of wear and tear, and the lack of kitchen storage for food invited lots of ants to the party. Overall, though, would not hesitate to recommend.

House was exactly as advertised , beach access was great . Very comfortable beds and plenty of room . We will be back .

Really good job with the remodel of house. It needs something more for outside-swimming pool--Hot tub---golf putting area. Location is good but no golf carts hurts

Great property that provides a lot of supplies for fun beach time. Very clean would have appreciated room darkening window coverings because 6:30 am bright bedrooms prevent any hope of sleeping. Would highly recommend.

Was about everything one could expect. The only thing that could have made it better would have been the living space on the second rather than third floor, lots of stair climbing.

The house was perfect for ten friends that graduated from high school in 1971. It had a great layout for a large gathering and it was spotless. The view of the ocean was beautiful!

Everything was wonderful. The house is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Amy, the host is very quick to answer if you have questions. Grocery store is near by. They have some beach chairs and a Bushemi shade which is very easy to put up take down. Definitely would stay again!

We LOVED our stay at this beach house! We had a large group of friends, all with kids under 4. The beach front was amazing and the house was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Communication was quick and helpful. We hope to stay here again next year!

Stunning views and beach access. House was very beautifully decorated and well equipped. Kitchen could benefit with more cubbies/ shelves for pantry items. Beds were all very comfortable. Wonderful supply of beach chairs. We will definitely stay again!

This was our first visit to Emerald Isle, and we really enjoyed our stay. We needed to contact the homeowners a few times over minor things, and they were very responsive. The house was clean, and the layout worked perfectly for our group of 16 adults. We're looking forward to coming back!

This house was beautiful, clean, well equipped, and located on our absolute favorite part of the island--there is nothing better than coming across the bridge and immediately getting out of check-in traffic by turning onto Coast Guard Road to reach your house! Plus, it's a quick drive to everything from this spot, both on the island and on the main land. We have been coming to Emerald Isle for over 20 years, staying up and down the beach, and this is really the best location. This house is also one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. Be aware--it is 3 stories with no elevator, so there is a lot of climbing, but no one in our party has any mobility issues, so it was no problem for us. Our group also loves to do a lot of cooking, and this kitchen had everything we needed for that, but there is no pantry for storage so you may need to be thoughtful about how much stocking up you do if you plan to cook. Fortunately, there is a ton of counter space, and we have a mega-organizer in our group, so it worked out fine for us to keep our cooking supplies/snacks organized on the counter tops. Also, the ground floor has an extra fridge, so that came in handy. Communication was very quick and friendly!
